  • Delays or vacation extensions must be reported immediately to the parking provider in writing, by email, or by phone.
  • In the event of a late return, the surcharge can be paid to the parking provider in cash on site.
  • If you arrive earlier than stated, please notify the parking provider 24 hours in advance by email or WhatsApp. In this case, the parking provider will charge a €20 surcharge for additional planning. If you fail to notify, the surcharge is €50. Vehicle pickup between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. is possible, but an additional charge applies.
  • For the shuttle bus transfer, you can request child seats, and the respective employee will be happy to assist you with your luggage.
  • Child seats can be booked free of charge. The parking provider charges a €10 surcharge for oversized luggage. For an additional charge of €10, the parking operator will transport your luggage (per bag).
  • The shuttle ride includes three people. A surcharge applies for each additional person.
  • Key deposit is not required.
  • Terminal 3 is currently not served.

    • Please note that this airport is located in an environmental zone and an environmental sticker is required.



    Parking at Frankfurt Airport is so easy: Thanks to the excellent valet service of DeinParker.de, you only have to drive to the airport on the day of your trip. There, your vehicle will be picked up by an employee, so you won't lose any time looking for a parking space. However, you can be sure that your vehicle will be safely parked in the outdoor parking lot or in the parking hall during your absence.

    Alles top, nur die angegeben Transferzeit stimmt nicht. Angegeben sind 7 Minuten aber es sind eher 15 bis 20 Minuten

    It was my first time using this company/using valet parking, I was nervous however everything went so well, so smooth, I can't wait to use them again. Traveling has been made so easy. Highly recommend.

    Ich wurde schon bei der Anfahrt in Empfang genommen auf Grund meines Kfz Kennzeichen, obwohl ich 30 min zu früh dort war. Mir wurde die Ebene genannt, in der ich parken soll. Dort warteten schon andere Reisende im Shuttlebus , der 8 Personen mitnahm. Mein Gepäck wurde hinten verstaut. Da die anderen einen früheren Parktermin gebucht hatten, sind sie viel zu spät am Flughafen angekommen. Für mich war es überpünktlich. Auch die Abholung bei der Rückreise verlief reibungslos. Fazit: lieber genug Zeit einplanen, da Reisende mit verschiedenen Parkzeiten gesammelt werden. Ansonsten gerne wieder!
