Please note the following information:

Delays or vacation extensions must be reported immediately to the parking provider in writing, by email, or by phone.

In the event of a late return, the surcharge can be paid to the parking provider in cash on site.

If you arrive earlier than stated, please notify the parking provider 24 hours in advance by email or WhatsApp. In this case, the parking provider will charge a €20 surcharge for additional planning. If you fail to notify, the surcharge is €50. Vehicle pickup between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. is possible, but an additional charge applies.

For the shuttle bus transfer, you can request child seats, and the respective employee will be happy to assist you with your luggage.

Child seats can be booked free of charge. The parking provider charges a €10 surcharge for oversized luggage. For an additional charge of €10, the parking operator will transport your luggage (per bag).

The shuttle ride includes three people. A surcharge applies for each additional person.

Key deposit is not required.
