DeinParker.de makes a relaxed and comfortable start to your vacation possible. The pick-up & drop-off service directly at Terminal 1 is available for you 24/7. You also have the choice of whether your vehicle should be parked in a hall or in an open area.

Valet-Service
With the valet service of DeinParker.de you travel easier and more relaxed. On the day of your trip, you drive directly to the airport terminal with your vehicle. Once you arrive at Terminal 1, a My Valet employee will meet you and then drive your vehicle safely to the parking lot. You can then start your check-in without the stress of searching for a parking space. On the day of your return journey, your car will be waiting for you again at Terminal 1, so that you can continue your journey home directly.

Please note that this airport is located in an environmental zone and that an environmental badge is required.

The indoor parking lot (parking garage) of DeinParker.de is video & staff guarded and has several security measures, such as license plate recognition, etc.. The outdoor parking lot is also video monitored, fenced and staff is on site.

When you hand over your vehicle at the airport terminal, a vehicle check is also carried out. In the process, your car will be checked for possible pre-existing damage. Thus, later misunderstandings can be avoided. There is also a liability insurance in case of damage.

Please note the following additional charges:

4 persons are included in the booking price. For more than 4 people, there is an extra charge of €10 (return) for each additional person (payment on the spot). Children's seats can be reserved free of charge. The parking provider charges an additional €10 for bulky luggage. For an additional €10, the park operator will transport the luggage (per bag). In addition, a night surcharge must be paid between 22:00 and 06:00. This is valid for the outward and return journey at a cost of €10 (payment to be made on site). In case of open return dates, i.e. if you do not specify the day, time and flight of return, additional work costs will be charged.

Arrival

The specified time is binding. Please drive to the parking lot and wait for the staff member's instructions.

The address is: Am-Graf-De-Chardonnet-Platz 21-23, 65451 Kelsterbach. In the event of delays of more than 30 minutes without a call, €20 will be collected in cash on site for additional expenses.

This provider charges a night surcharge from 9 pm to 6 am for the service.

You don't have to call and let us know 30 minutes in advance, just inform the shuttle service if there are delays! The shuttle bus only goes to Terminal 1 on the departure level!

Return journey

On your return journey, call the parking provider shortly before you reach baggage claim. The parking provider's driver will pick you up at the airport terminal exit and drive you to the parking lot. You will be taken directly to your car.

How does valet parking work: outward journey?

The specified time is binding and must be adhered to. Please call the valet service 30 minutes before your arrival at the airport.

In the event of delays, €20 will be collected in cash on site for additional expenses. This provider charges a night surcharge from 9 pm to 6 am for the service. The meeting point is at Terminal 1, departure level door B6.

Return journey

On your return journey, call the parking provider shortly before you reach baggage claim. The parking provider's driver will be waiting for you at the airport terminal exit to return your vehicle. When returning your vehicle, you must carry out an inspection of the vehicle: mileage, etc.
