Important Information on the Shuttle Service
- Number of People: 3 people are included in the price. The car park provider charges a surcharge from the 4th person onwards.
- Luggage: 1 piece of luggage and 1 piece of hand luggage are included in the price. A surcharge must be paid for every additional piece of luggage.
- Vehicle Size: Additional fees apply for oversized vehicles (such as SUVs and minivans). Please check the corresponding surcharges carefully during the booking process.
- Important: Please call the car park provider at arrival and on return **at least 20 minutes in advance** to avoid waiting times and potential surcharges during the high season.
- Payment: In case of a delayed return, the surcharge can be paid on site to the car park provider in cash.

Ich habe nun bereits das zweite Mal dort geparkt. Zum zweiten Mal ist es bei der Abholung zu extremen Verspätungen gekommen. Der Service am Telefon ist eine absolute Unverschämtheit. Dort wird’s gesagt, dass das Auto bereits abgeschickt worden ist, ob gleich es immer noch 15 Minuten entfernt vom Flughafen steht. Moderne Autos können geortet werden und solche Lügen sind unverschämt. Der Herr am Telefon ist völlig grenzüberschreitend. ich werde auf diesem Parkplatz kein Valet parken mehr buchen.
Einfach top!
Leider waren unsere Erfahrungen diesmal nicht so positiv wir bei unseren beiden vorigen Buchungen in 2026. Wir haben bei der Rückkehr/Ankunft in Köln ca. 1,5 Stunden auf den Abhol-Service gewartet. In jedem Tel. mit meinem Nachfragen, wann jemand kommt, wurde mir gesagt, ich bin in 10 Minuten da... Hier wäre eine ehrliche Aussage, es dauert leider länger als 1 Stunde angebracht gewesen, dann hätten wir nicht so lange mit dem schweren Gepäck draußen auf der Straße gewartet, sondern uns zumindes im Terminal hingesetzt. Beim Abflug hat alles bestens geklappt. Fahrer war pünktlich mit uns da.
Alles gut geklappt.gerne wieder.
