The EcoPark team welcomes you to the park area. A member of staff will take care of the check-in of your booking. Please take your reservation confirmation with you, printed out or in digital form. Afterwards, the staff will help you to load your luggage and document the condition of your vehicle with the help of photos/videos. You hand over your car keys to the employee who keeps them safe. EcoPark drives you directly to the long-distance bus terminal (a few steps to Terminal 1) at Cologne/Bonn Airport. Once there, you will be helped to unload your luggage. Return
On your return journey, go to the collection point at the long-distance bus terminal. After you have phoned EcoPark, an employee will pick you up promptly.
