Park Time

The airport tax is included in the parking price.

When choosing for Park Time, you are choosing for a reliable parking provider in Cologne with approximately 600 parking spaces. The employees are available day and night, just like their shuttle-service. Park Time's goal is to start your holiday as relaxes as possible.

Please note that you have to hand in your key at Parktime.

Shuttle-service

Your car will be parked for you on the parking lot of Park Time. To use the parking lot as efficiently as possible, you will be asked to leave your car key at the parking lot. Your car will not be used outside of the parking lot, it is possible that they will park your car somewhere else on the parking lot. You will be transferred to the airport Cologne-Bonn by their shuttle-bus, which will also pick you up when you get back.

Please note that this parking lot is located in an environmentally protected area, and that an 'Umweltplakette' is necessary.

If your vehicle is oversized, such as a VW bus, Mercedes Vito, Ford Trasnsit or similar, as well as pick-up vehicles, a surcharge of 20.00 euros will be charged at the time of booking or have to payad at the parking place. Vehicles in Mercedes Sprinter length or identical vehicles have to pay a surcharge.

Park Time offers you a secure, and fenced parking lot, as this parking provider has video cameras around the parking lot. Besides that, employees are always at the parking lot.

A vehicle inspection will take place before you leave to the airport. This means that your vehicle will be checked on possible previously existing damages, to avoid misunderstandings later.

Park Time owns two shuttle buses, each of which runs to the airport according to the customer's needs. Please note that bookings and prices are for a maximum of 3 people. If the number of people is exceeded, a surcharge will apply.

A maximum of one carry-on bag and one suitcase per person is included in the price. Additional bags will incur a per bag fee. It is not possible to take bulky luggage with you.

The park area is partly paved, but partly gravel and paved. There is also a toilet on site. It is also possible to book a child seat so that your little ones can ride safely. There are also disabled parking spaces and parking spaces with accessibility at Park Time. In case of a delay of 30 minutes, the parking provider will charge a surcharge of 15€ on site.

Please note the maximum length of 4.00 meters and the maximum width of 2.20 meters of the parking lot. If your vehicle exceeds the maximum length, you will need to reserve two parking spaces.

Arrival

On the day of departure you drive directly to the parking lot of Park Time. Please call them 30 minutes before arriving to Park Time. The exact address and telephone number will be given to you in the reservation confirmation. Your car will be parked for you, and there will be a short vehicle check. After you have handed over your key, you will guided to the shuttle-bus which will drive you to the airport. At the airport you can check-in for your flight immediately after arriving.

Please note that bookings and prices are for a maximum of 3 people. If the number of persons is exceeded, a surcharge per person that can be booked online as a extra product.

A maximum of one piece of hand luggage and one suitcase per person are included in the price. Additional pieces of luggage are subject to a charge per piece, that can be booked online as an extra product. It is not possible to take bulky baggage.

Return

Please contact Park Time again after you have claimed your luggage. The shuttle bus will be waiting for you at the meeting point, which is at the bus terminal on arrival Terminal 2 D. From there you will be safely driven back to your vehicle at the parking lot.For a delay of 30 minutes, the parking provider charges an extra €15 on site.
