Notes: Please note that waiting times may occur depending on the season and occupancy. The average waiting time is 15–30 minutes.

You can download your reservation voucher in your Parkos account. If you require an invoice, please ask the parking provider directly on the day of your return.

Park and Fly Köln has approximately 250 parking spots on a paved parking lot near the Cologne airport. The friendly and flexible business has a reliable shuttle-service, which ensures a great start of your holiday. Your car is safe on the parking lot of Park and Fly Köln during your absence. Park and Fly Köln is open 24/7, also their services are always available.

The Park and Fly Cologne parking area is completely paved. You can also find a waiting room, a customer toilet and a vending machine for snacks on the parking lot.

For the shuttle ride, it is possible to book a booster seat or child seat free of charge.

Would you like to have your car cleaned during your trip? For this Park and Fly Cologne offers you a complete inside and outside cleaning, which you can add to your reservation for an extra charge.

The transfer is included for a maximum of 3 people, for each additional person there is a surcharge of €5.00. 1 carry-on bag and 1 suitcase are included in the price per customer, all additional pieces of luggage must be €5.00 per piece of luggage. €10.00 will be charged for bulky luggage and oversized luggage. For each additional piece of sports and bulky luggage, €5.00 is to be paid on site (pushchairs and wheelchairs excluded). Max: width 2.00m and Max: length 5.00m. If your vehicle is oversized, e.g. B. with a VW Bus, Mercedes Vito, Ford Transit or similar vehicles, a payment of €20.00 is due at the time of booking. Vehicles in Mercedes Sprinter length or identical vehicles have an extra charge of €30.00. All supplements are accepted in cash on site.

In the event of delays, please inform the parking provider immediately, the booked time is binding. In the event of delays without prior notification, the parking provider reserves the right to ask for a fee of €10.00 on site.

Arrival
You should plan to be at the car park 3 hours before your flight departure. You then park your vehicle yourself and the shuttle bus is ready for you. This will then take you stress-free to Cologne Airport Terminal 1C within 8 minutes.

Return

When you are at the meeting point, report back to Park and Fly Cologne. The shuttle bus will then be sent to the terminal, which will then take you back to your vehicle on the parking lot in a short time. Once there, you can continue your journey home in a relaxed manner.

If you have any questions regarding changes to your reservation over the weekend or 24 hours before the start of your trip, we recommend that you contact the parking provider. In the event of a late return, the surcharge can be paid in cash to the parking provider on the spot.
