Important information
Idealparken offers a flexible parking service at Cologne-Bonn Airport, allowing travelers to choose between a convenient shuttle transfer and direct valet service at the terminal. The paved and illuminated grounds are available to customers around the clock and offer the additional option to book services such as vehicle cleaning or refueling.
To ensure a transparent process, the condition of the vehicle is documented upon handover for the shuttle or valet service. Personnel are on-site 24 hours a day to ensure smooth entry and exit as well as the transfer to the airport. This provides an uncomplicated solution for both short-term and long-term parkers.
Idealparken, is a young business with professional employees, which wants to make parking as comfortable as possible for you. You can choose from both their shuttle- or valet-service. Your vehicle will be parked on a well-lit, fenced parking lot equipped with video surveillance in Cologne Troisdorf, and will not leave the parking lot during your holidays. Moreover, Idealparken has garages suitable for one vehicle, which will protect your car from bad weather.
To ensure everything runs smoothly, please note that a fee of 15 € will be charged for delays of more than 30 minutes – even if you notify us in advance. If you arrive with a larger vehicle such as an SUV or van and/or a vehicle exceeding 2.00m in width or 4.00m in length, an additional charge applies and the vehicle keys must be left with the provider.
The shuttle transfer standardly includes 3 people; an additional fee is charged from the fourth person onwards as well as for bulky luggage. Please keep in mind that pets are unfortunately not allowed in the shuttle. The good news: the airport fee is already fully included in your parking price.
You can easily find your reservation voucher in your Parkos account. If you require an invoice, please request it directly from the parking provider on-site on the day of your return.

Chaos pur
Leider haben wir sowohl beim Auto abgeben, als auch beim Abholen sehr lange Wartezeiten gehabt. Der Parkplatz, den wir gebucht hatten, war schon voll, weswegen noch Transferzeit extra dazu kam, auf den Lotsen haben wir auch warten müssen. Der zugewiesene Parkplatz war so klein und lag schräg, man konnte nur rückwärts einparken, dass wir die Autoschlüssel abgaben und einparken ließen, anstatt es selbst zu tun. Nach der Landung haben wir sehr lange auch den Transfer warten müssen. Aus Düsseldorf sind wir da anderes gewohnt…
Alles hat reibungslos geklappt, Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, würde ich wieder machen.
Es war schon sehr Abenteuerlich. Am Parkplatz angekommen sollten wir dem Fahrer folgen. Der uns zu einem abgelegenen Parkplatz führte … dort angekommen wurden die Autos so eng zusammen geparkt das man kaum wieder raus kam. Auch die Kommunikation ist schwierig.
Selten ein so unfreundliches, lustloses und unmotiviertes Personal erlebt. Das Parken war insgesamt okay, aber ich möchte es nicht erleben, wenn man da aus Verkehrsgründen mal später als angemeldet eintrifft, dann ist man hoffnungslos verloren. Null Hilfsbereitschaft, null Flexibilität. Wir waren 20 (!) Minuten früher da, als angemeldet. Der Ansprechpartner lies uns schroff vor dem verschlossenen Tor warten, ich solle es pünktlich nochmal versuchen. So musste ich mit Familie 20 Minuten vor dem Tor warten, bis er öffnete. Selbst schwere Koffer müssen Frauen selbst in den Transferbus einladen, der Fahrer guckt dabei gelangweilt zu. Service und Dienstleistung sind hier eine glatte 6. Immerhin war das Auto aber gut aufgehoben und bei Rückkehr auch noch da. Der Platz hat extrem tiefe Schlaglöcher, und kein Licht. Man muss sehr achtsam fahren/laufen. Dafür gibt es einen hohen Zaun.
Diesen Parkplatz (Ettore Bugatti Str.) kann ich sehr empfehlen im Gegensatz zu anderen.Hier stimmt alles
