Idealparken

Idealparken, is a young business with professional employees, which wants to make parking as comfortable as possible for you. You can choose from both their shuttle- or valet-service. Your vehicle will be parked on a well-lit, fenced parking lot equipped with video surveillance in Cologne Troisdorf, and will not leave the parking lot during your holidays. Moreover, Idealparken has garages suitable for one vehicle, which will protect your car from bad weather.

The parking lot of Idealparken is closed-off, well-lit, asphalted and equipped with video surveillance. The guards of Idealparken are at the parking lot 24 hours a day, who check the exit and entry all the time.

For both shuttle-and valet-parking, there will be a short vehicle inspection where photos will be made, and documented.

Please note your car keys will be kept safe in a safe.

Idealparken has a shuttle-bus available which is free of charge, and well-air-conditioned. The transfer with the shuttle-bus includes three persons and un-loading your luggage. In case you travel with 3 persons, or more, there will be an additional charge of €5 for driving you to the airport, and back to the parking lot. This amount can be paid at the spot.

Moreover, Idealparken offers you several other services. They do not have a waiting room with toilets available, they also offer a gas-service, so your cars' fuel will be completely refilled when you come back from your trip. You can add this service to your reservation.

When you choose for indoor parking, your car will be parked in the luxurious parking box, designed for just one car. In this small parking garage, your car will be protected from hail, wind and sunshine. The boxes are well-lit, closed-off and spacious, there is no need to worry when you park your car in this parking box.

For the transfer with the shuttle, everybody can only take one suitcase with them to make sure everybody can be transferred to the airport. In case you would like to bring oversized luggage, there will be an additional charge of €20, which you can pay at the spot.

Please note that the park provider for a delay of more than 30 minutes, a surcharge of €15.00 inquires, as this by your later arrival further staff costs.

On the day of your return, after you have collected your bags, call the driver to confirm that you can now be picked up. The phone number is above. The driver will be waiting for you at the same meeting point to which you were driven on the day of your departure, namely Terminal 2, penultimate exit in area D. Please note that there may be waiting times depending on the season and the customer. On average, the waiting time is 15-30 minutes. The driver will then take you back to your vehicle so you can quickly continue your journey home.
