• Please note: Key drop-off is required.
• In case of late return, the surcharge can be paid in cash on-site at Park Green.
• Electric car charging: €89.
• For vehicles such as VW Bus, Mercedes Vito, Ford Transit and pickup trucks, the parking provider charges an additional 40€.




Arrival


Please call Colognepark 10 minutes before arrival. You can find the phone number above here. Then please go to Lina Bommer Weg 8, 51149 Cologne. Once there, you will be given a vehicle pick-up confirmation and your luggage will be transferred to the shuttle. You will be driven directly to the long-distance bus terminal. Please note: keys must be handed in.

Please note that the provider charges an additional charge for oversized vehicles. These include vans, minibuses such as a T5 or Vito, campers and motorhomes. The surcharge amounts to 50% of the booking price and can be paid directly to the provider on site.

Return journey


After you have landed back in Cologne and have received all of your luggage, go back to the long-distance bus terminal. Once there, please call Colognepark. The shuttle bus will pick you up and drive you back to your vehicle.

If you have any questions regarding changes to your reservation on the weekend or 24 hours before the start of your trip, we recommend that you contact the parking provider. If you return late, the surcharge can be paid on site in cash to Colognepark.
