On the day of your departure, go to the Insidepark car park at the address indicated above.

Once you arrive, all you have to do is park your car before boarding the shuttle. Of course, the driver is always ready to help you with your luggage. The shuttle takes you to the departure terminal of Charleroi airport in about two minutes.

When you return, please contact the car park by phone as soon as you are at the meeting point. The shuttle will be waiting for you at the same place where it dropped you off on the day of your departure.

For any questions regarding the modification or cancellation of your reservation on the weekend, during your trip, or less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure, we invite you to contact the car park.

Parkos recommends that you take photos of your vehicle before leaving it in the car park and after picking it up. If you notice any damage, report it to the car park before leaving it. If these measures are not taken and you discover the damage after leaving the parking lot, it will be difficult to fix it.
