Aeropark Charleroi Low Cost is a supplier of parking spaces operational since 2013 in Charleroi. The service offered to customers is impeccable, in particular thanks to the friendly staff who are always at your disposal. In most cases, you can keep your keys. During the high season, you are asked to return your keys for logistical reasons. The car park has a free shuttle that takes you to Charleroi airport in about two minutes!

Please note: Due to new regulations at Charleroi Airport, a surcharge of €10 is required on site.

At Aeropark Cherleroi, the customer is king. Upon arrival, you will be warmly greeted at reception. Staff will help you with your luggage, and you will be directed to the waiting room where you will have access to a toilet, and an ATM, while waiting for your shuttle transfer to the airport in just 2 minutes!

In de email stond dat je een half uur moest bellen van te voren. Netjes gedaan. Toch stonden wij voor een dicht hek. De chauffeur kwam gelukkig wel snel om ons naar de andere plek te brengen. Daar aangekomen ging het vlug

Bij vertrek: poort parking gesloten (5u45), na 20 min wachten kwam chauffeur die ons omleidde naar een andere parking. Bij terugkomst: 45 min moeten wachten op shuttle, chauffeur erg onvriendelijk

Nous étions avec deux enfants en bas âge sous une pluie battante. Au premier appel, la personne raccroche au nez et ne décroche plus ensuite pendant 10min. Après 10min, il décroche et dis "je vous avais entendu, on se met en route". Après 19 minutes (!), la van arrive sous la drache et nous laisse pas monter avec les deux bébés tant qu'on ne montre pas le ticket. J'ai donc forcé le passage pour installer mes enfants à l'intérieur pour ensuite lui montrer le ticket. Service horrible ! A l'allée également, personne sur place, 5 appels et 10min d'attente pour faire venir quelqu'un (nous étions 3 voitures à attendre).
