Avoid this company!!! After returning to Charleroi Airport, I had to wait more than 30 minutes for the shuttle back to the parking lot. During that time, I called the driver three times, and each time he told me, "I'll be there in 5 minutes." The wait still ended up taking over half an hour. When the driver finally arrived, instead of apologizing for the delay, he was rude and told me that I had "no patience." This is completely unacceptable customer service. I would also like to warn people about the parking facility itself. The parking area is not secured and is located next to abandoned buildings. There are no fences, no security guards, and no visible security measures to protect customers' vehicles. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone and suggest looking for a more reliable parking service instead.
