Le parking est facile à trouver et le personnel est super gentil. Un peu d'attente sur le retour, mais autremement c'était parfait!

Prima ervaring. Snelle service en vriendelijke bediening. Auto stond op een nette plek en de transfers naar en vanaf het vliegveld waren snel.

Parking sécurisé mais nous avons du attendre plus de 30 mn à l arrivée le chauffeur avant de réussir à le joindre puis 15 mn avant qu ils viennent nous chercher. Nous voyageons souvent via Bruxelles et changeront de prestataires la prochaine fois

Bonjour Maxime, Nous sommes sincèrement désolés pour l’attente rencontrée à votre retour. Nous souhaitons toutefois apporter une précision importante : votre réservation(retour a l'aéroport) était prévue pour 12h00, mais vous êtes arrivé à l’aéroport vers 7h00, soit plusieurs heures en avance, sans nous prévenir par téléphone, SMS ou WhatsApp en avance. Malgré cela, nous avons fait notre maximum pour venir vous récupérer dans les meilleurs délais. Nous comprenons que cette attente ait été frustrante et nous nous excusons pour ce désagrément. Vos remarques ont bien été prises en compte et nous continuerons à améliorer notre organisation afin d’offrir un service toujours plus rapide. Nous restons attentifs à tous les retours de nos clients et espérons avoir l’occasion de vous offrir une meilleure expérience à l’avenir.
