Bij aankomst bleek de parkeergarage vol te zijn en moest daarom toch de autosleutel achterlaten bij de garage. Zodat ze de auto zelf konden verzetten zodra er weer plek vrij was. In eerste instantie was ik hier niet blij mee, maar bij aankomst bleek alles in orde en stond de auto netjes geparkeerd op een plekje (zonder extra km op de teller). De bustransfer is echt goed geregeld. Wegbrengen en ophalen gaat super vlot en contact duidelijk.
Het ging helemaal goed jammer dat we op de terug weg bijna 40 min aan het wachten waren

Tout s’est bien passé. La navette était à l’heure aussi bien à l’aller, qu’au retour.
Als jullie zeggen dat ik mijn sleutel niet hoef af te geven. Bij aankomst wordt dan gezegd dat de parking vol is en ik mijn sleutel moet afgeven klopt hier iets niet denk ik… ik betaal extra geld om mijn sleutel niet af te geven. Laatste keer dat ik via jullie iets heb geboekt.
