The free shuttle bus operates between 03:45 - 09:10 and 17:00 - 22:25 (last departure from the hotel to the airport). See images for the exact departure and arrival times.
At other times, a taxi can be booked on request and at the guest's expense (10 min away).

It is a three-story underground facility with 59 charging stations for electric vehicles. You can keep your keys and relax in their covered waiting area while you wait for the shuttle or a taxi.

la navette au départ du parking pas de probleme mais au retour nous avons été obliger de prendre un taxi mauvaise signalisation pour le bon bus en plus avec les travaux vraiment pas clair du tout
Déçu par le service de navette soit disant gratuite et a l'heure où nous avions réservé en ligne la prestation. Nous avions dû nous rendre à l'aéroport Zaventem par nos propres moyens ??? Prix supplémentaires, ce qui n'était pas prévu ???Incompréhensible et surtout aberrant. Aucun contact avec le personnel, nous étions seuls... Nous ne recommandons pas parking 21... A fuir

Zeer toegankelijke parking met veel oplaad mogelijkheden. Shuttle dienst werkt ook zoals gewenst.
Handig en stressvrij parkeren! Eenvoudig reserveren, 24/7 beschikbaar en vlak bij de luchthaven. Zeker een aanrader.
