How does shuttle parking work?

Please call the provider 30 minutes before your arrival to confirm your arrival time. You can find the telephone number above. Please note that acceptance may take a little longer depending on the time of year and the customer. Therefore, plan enough time at the parking site. Our recommendation is that you plan an extra 30 minutes for acceptance at the site and the journey to the airport. You can find the address of the parking provider above. After you have been met by an employee, you will then be taken to the airport by shuttle bus.

Return journey
On the day of your return, after you have collected your suitcases, call the driver to confirm that you can now be picked up. The telephone number is above. The driver will wait for you at the same meeting point to which you were driven on your departure day. Please note that there may be waiting times depending on the time of year and the customer. On average, the waiting time is 15-30 minutes. The driver will then take you back to your vehicle so that you can quickly continue your journey home.

How does valet parking work?

Arrival

Please call the provider 30 minutes before your arrival to confirm your arrival time. You can find the telephone number above. Then drive to Berlin Brandenburg Airport. An employee from the parking provider will be waiting for you. After a quick check of your vehicle, the employee will take your vehicle to the parking area. Please record the mileage of your vehicle! Your car will be parked at Schulzendorfer Str. 14, 12529 Schönefeld during your trip.

Return journey

On your return journey, contact the parking provider by telephone as soon as you are waiting for your luggage at the baggage carousel. After you have received your luggage, please go back to the meeting point. Your vehicle will be waiting for you there with the driver from the parking provider so that you can continue your journey quickly.
