At Airport Valet Parking you park your car in a parking garage just 4.4 kilometres from Berlin Brandenburg Airport. The multi-storey car park is video-monitored, restricted and regularly checked by staff to ensure the safety of your vehicle at all times. Vehicles with a maximum height of 1.95 metres can park in the multi-storey car park. You can also park outside on the parking deck of the multi-storey car park.

Trotz Parkhaus / Parkplatz überdacht gebucht, wurde mein Fahrzeug auf einem Aussenstellplatz unter freiem Himmel abgestellt. Angeblich wäre das rechtens auf der Grundlage der AGB ! Ich nenne es Betrug !!!!

Sehr geeehrter Herr Dr.Eckert, vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Aufgrund der außergewöhnlich hohen Auslastung während der Herbstferien kam es kurzfristig zu einer Umorganisation einzelner Stellplätze. Wie in unseren AGB’s transparent geregelt ist, kann ein konkreter Stellplatz im Parkhaus nicht zu 100 % garantiert werden. In solchen Fällen behalten wir uns vor, Fahrzeuge vorübergehend auf einer gleichwertigen Freifläche unterzubringen. Sobald wieder Parkhausplätze verfügbar waren, haben wir Ihr Fahrzeug ohne zusätzliche Kosten und aus Kulanz ins Parkhaus umgesetzt. Den Vorwurf eines „Betrugs“ weisen wir ausdrücklich zurück. Unsere Abläufe entsprechen unseren vertraglichen Bedingungen, die bei Buchung einsehbar und verbindlich sind.
