Travel stress-free: Our new, air-conditioned, and family-friendly shuttle buses take you and your companions comfortably to Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) and back every 20 minutes – from 2:20 a.m. until the last flight of the day.

The shuttle service is free for the number of people specified in your booking – up to 5 people. Each additional person travels for only €5 each way and can be booked on the spot. We will, of course, provide child seats free of charge. Are you traveling with special luggage such as bicycles or surfboards? Simply indicate this when booking.

For women traveling alone and people with limited mobility, we have parking spaces available right next to the shuttle – at no extra charge. Simply select the "Standard Area" when booking.

Your booking will be confirmed by email, including a personal QR code for easy entry and exit at our barrier system.

How does shuttle parking work?

Arrival

On the day of your arrival drive directly to the parking lot. At the arrival time you specified, the Dein Stellplatz staff will be ready for you to check in! Stop in the check-in area, unload your luggage and go to the parking office. There you will be assigned a parking space. The date specified in the booking is binding and represents the latest arrival at the parking lot! In case of delays, please call the shuttle bus cell phone number +49 (0) 1577 13 21 861 in time, otherwise a smooth transfer cannot be guaranteed.

Return journey

Once you have your bags, go to the meeting point and call the shuttle driver if the shuttle bus is not there. He will come and pick you and your fellow travelers up. Landing at Terminal 1/2: The meeting point for the pick-up from BER is the bus parking lot B. At the airport, follow the signs to the bus parking lot B Fernbus and leave the building on level U1. Cross Willy-Brandt-Platz, on the opposite side of the street from Hugo-Junkers-Ring is bus parking lot B (between parking lots P6 and P4).
