Up to 4 people are included in the shuttle. Unfortunately, more people cannot be transported per booking. If there are more people, it is recommended to have the other passengers get off at the airport before parking.

Zapraszamy ponownie!Leider wurde uns bei Ankunft mitgeteilt, dass er Parkplatz wohl sehr voll ist/ überbucht und wir den Schlüssel abgeben sollten, damit umgeparkt werden kann. Damit waren wir überhaupt nicht einverstanden, da wir extra eine Buchung mit Schlüsselmitnahme gebucht haben. Nach etwas diskutieren durften wir dann doch die Schlüssel mitnehmen. Meiner Meinung nach überhaupt nicht gut, wenn man etwas bucht und dann sowas kommt.

Wir verstehen Ihren Ärger, allerdings konnten Sie den Schlüssel am Ende wie gebucht mitnehmen. Aufgrund der hohen Auslastung versuchen wir dennoch, für alle Gäste die bestmögliche Lösung zu finden und geben dabei unser Bestes.Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Auto war zwar sehr eng eingeparkt, aber man hätte die anderen Autos ausparken können. Vielleicht sollte man doch den Autoschlüssel abgeben. Beim nächsten Mal.
