If you miss the booked departure time, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that you will find a place on the next shuttle rotation as places are limited. You may have to order a taxi at your own expense.
Please therefore arrive at the car park at least 10 minutes before the booked time and also calculate a certain amount of time buffer on the way back from the airport to the car park (e.g. to collect your luggage). We recommend that you allow at least 30 minutes from the time of landing.
Meeting point for pick-up at the airport:
In the arrivals hall, please turn left and follow the signs “BESUCHERWELT TERMINAL”.
After about 4 minutes' walk and directly in front of the "BESUCHERWELT TERMINAL" there is a police station on the left. Take the exit to the right in front of the police station - this exit also leads to parking garage 3 and is marked "P3".
Follow the path to the street and on the left you will find a bus stop with the sign "airport shuttle". Our shuttle will pick you up here.
