You park near the airport and your vehicle is on an asphalt lot protected by a fence. Staff is on site 24/7 and the parking provider is insured. You can take your keys with you on your shuttle transfer. This gives you full control and you can be sure that your vehicle is safely parked while you are away.

Overall, the parking itself was fine and everything seemed okay at first. However, our experience with the airport transfer on the way back was very frustrating. When we arrived back at the airport, we found the transfer we had been told to use and had already sat down inside. Only then were we informed that this was no longer the transfer for Life Hotel Vienna Airport. Apparently, the transfer service had been changed while we were away on holiday. We then had to get out, find the new transfer and figure out who we were supposed to look for. In total, we unnecessarily lost around an hour at the airport, which caused a lot of stress and wasted time and energy after an already long journey. At the beginning of our stay, we were given a voucher for the transfer as well as a contact number to call when we returned. Since they had our contact details and knew that the transfer arrangement had changed, it would have been very easy to inform us in advance and tell us exactly which transfer or driver we should look for at the airport. The parking itself was fine, but the lack of communication regarding the transfer was very disappointing and could have been avoided completely.
