Important information
Are you flying from Vienna Airport and looking for a parking space? This parking garage is a very interesting solution for you as it is located directly at the terminal. Enjoy your trip by leaving your car in the secured parking lot and walking to your gate.

Parkhaus 4 is a parking product directly from Vienna Airport. You park directly in the terminal and can reach your gate on foot.
Height: 2.05 m. Width: 2 m. Length: 5 m.
Arrival:
1. Scan your QR code on the entrance column at the bottom left until the green light lights up and the prepaid parking ticket is issued.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT press the ticket button, otherwise you will receive and pay a regular parking ticket. If this happens unintentionally, you can leave the parking garage free of charge within 10 minutes and then re-enter with your reservation.
2. Once the QR code is recognized, you will automatically receive a "Paid Exit Ticket" and the barrier will open.
IMPORTANT: Please use the call button to contact our staff if there are any problems by scanning your QR code.
3. Choose one of our free parking spaces and start your journey relaxed. IMPORTANT: You can only enter once with this reservation. Once you have exited the exit gate, the QR code cannot be used a second time.
Exit:
- Within the booking period you can leave the barrier with the ticket you received.
- If the booking time is exceeded, the additional time will be calculated based on the parking rates displayed.
- You can pay with credit card at the exit barrier or pay at one of our machines.
- If you have any problems, please contact our staff by pressing the call button on the machine or the exit barrier.

Unfortunately the first pole didn't let us in, had to call assistance, had to move to the other entrance, which worked, and gave us ticket. The parking spot on the parking ticket doesnt exist. Like there is no "E" section. In the parkhaus both sides you can't figure out which way to get up or down by car from P1, because both sides have a "DO NOT ENTER" sign. P2 was closed. After a 30 minute calculating, thinking, figureing out we've found our parking spot. I think it's only the first time so hard.
Alles bestens. Nicht grade günstig aber es war für uns optimal und ohne Stress.
Würde allen empfehlen.
