Important information: Up to 4 people are included in the shuttle. A surcharge applies for the 5th person or more, which can be paid online or on-site.
If a free child seat is required, it must be booked online.
In case of delays, the parking provider will charge €20 per hour on-site.
Between 22:00 and 06:00, the parking provider will charge a night surcharge.
Baby car seats and child seats are available upon request. Please inform the parking provider in advance.

Hat reibungslos funktioniert
Besser geht es nicht. Telefonisch immer erreichbar und pünktlich am Treffpunkt.
Wir haben zum ersten Mal einen Valet-Service in Anspruch genommen und sind begeistert von diesem Anbieter. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, so gut wie keine Wartezeit und telefonisch sofort zu erreichen. Bei der Hinfahrt zum ersten Mal 30 min. vor Ankunft angerufen und dann nochmals 10 min. vorher und Übergabe in der Kiss & Fly-Zone am Terminal 3 in Stuttgart sogar gefühlt innerhalb der 8 min. Vorteil gegenüber dem Shuttle-Service ist, dass es dort meistens ab der 3. Person mehr kostet, als im ersten Preis angezeigt wird. Wie das Auto untergebracht war, können wir nicht beurteilen (deshalb nur 4 Sterne), aber wir hatten "überdacht" gebucht und das Auto sah bei der Übergabe genauso sauber aus wie vorher. Also von uns eine klare Empfehlung!
