With Agel Park Service you can choose between shuttle and the comfortable valet service. Further, you can choose whether you want to park your vehicle under cover, or on the secured open space. In addition to surveillance by cameras, the parking area is secured around the clock by supervisory personnel.

If your choice falls on the shuttle service of the provider, then on the day of your booking you will drive directly to the address of Agel Park Service. You will receive the address directly after completing the reservation in the form of a reservation confirmation. At the parking area you will be met by an employee. He will park your vehicle for you and then you will be driven directly to the airport terminal by the comfortable shuttle bus. At the end of your trip, the shuttle will pick you up again directly at the terminal and take you back to your car so that you can continue your trip quickly. You can take your vehicle key with you on your journey at Agel Park Service.

Valet-Service

Valet service is the most convenient variant of airport parking, because on the day of your trip you drive directly to Stuttgart Airport. At the terminal you will already be expected by an employee of Agel Park Service. After a common check of the car for already existing damages, you can check in directly and the driver will bring your car to the secured parking area of Agel Park Service. On your return journey, your car will be ready at the terminal and after another vehicle check, you can continue your journey quickly.

The parking area of Agel Park Service offers a safe place for parking your car. The open area is paved and secured all around with a fence. Further, the entire area is monitored with cameras and is well lit. Also, supervisory staff is present around the clock, so you are guaranteed not to worry about the safety of your vehicle. Valet service requires a key drop-off. Your keys will be kept safely in a safe during your absence.

Agel Park Service's outdoor lot is paved, fenced and lighted. The covered parking facility is an indoor parking garage. There is a waiting room on the premises. You can shorten your waiting time with free wifi and a restroom is also available. The parking area is handicapped accessible and for the ride in the shuttle bus Agel Park Service offers child seats in different sizes. The friendly staff will be happy to help you load and unload with luggage, or bridge the vehicle should you have any starting difficulties.

Please note that with the shuttle service, only 4 people are included per booking. For each additional person the surcharge is 10,00€ per person. The surcharge is calculated from fees of 5 euros per way/trip.

Should you need a child seat for the ride in the shuttle bus, Agel Park Service offers child seats in different sizes.

How does Shuttle-Parking work?

On the day of your trip you will drive directly to the park area of the provider. You will receive the address with the reservation confirmation, directly after completing the reservation. At the parking area you will be met by an employee, who will park your vehicle for you on the secured area. You will then be taken by shuttle bus directly to Stuttgart Airport. You will also receive the telephone number with the reservation confirmation, directly after completing the reservation.

How does Valet-Parking work?

With valet parking, you drive directly to Stuttgart Airport on the day of your trip. Before your arrival, you confirm your arrival time by phone with the provider. At the terminal in the short-stay zone, an employee will be waiting for you. Together with this person you will carry out a joint vehicle inspection to avoid misunderstandings after your return. After that, you will hand over your vehicle to the certified driver, who will park the car in the secured area of Agel Park Service, while you can go directly to the check-in of the airline you have booked.

For the return trip, contact Agel Park Service after landing while waiting for your luggage. Thereupon, the provider will go to the airport to pick you up with the shuttle, or to provide you with your vehicle. This will allow you to continue your trip quickly.

If you return from your trip one or more days earlier or later than planned, you can report this directly to the provider by phone. If this leads to additional parking costs due to a possible longer parking time, these can be paid directly to the driver in cash.
