How does shuttle parking work?
On the day of your trip, you drive directly to the parking provider. This allows the parking provider to prepare for your arrival at the parking lot. You will be met by an employee at the parking lot. If no employee is there to meet you, please contact the provider by phone. An employee will park your vehicle in the reserved parking space and then you will be driven directly to the airport terminal on departure levels 2+3 in the comfortable shuttle bus.Return journey
On your return journey, please contact the parking provider by phone after you have collected your luggage. The shuttle will then make its way to the airport to pick you up. After collecting your luggage, please go to the short-stay zone between Terminal 3 and 4, Departure Level 3. The shuttle will be waiting for you there and will take you back to your vehicle. This means you can continue your journey quickly.
Valet-journey
Please call the provider 30 minutes before your arrival to confirm your arrival time. Then you drive to Stuttgart Airport. The driver will be waiting for you in the short-stay zone between Terminal 2+3, departure level. After a joint damage inspection, you give your key to the driver and he will park your vehicle on the secured premises while you can go straight to check-in. Your key will be kept safe in a safe while you are away.
Return journey
