Laut Schreiben von PARKOS befand sich mein Parkplatz in der Kurzen Str, Bonladen. Als ich die entsprechende Nummer morgens um 5Uhr anrief, sagte man mir, ich könne dort nicht parken, ich solle in die Plieninger Str. fahren. Als ich dort ankam, rief mich jemand mit fremder Nummer an, ich solle in die Kurze Str. fahren, dort ist mein Parkplatz. Nach 25 Minuten sinnlosem Herumfahren, kam ich genervt in Bonlanden an. Dort teilte mir ein Mitarbeiter der o.g. Firma mit, ich solle ganz dicht hinter ihm durch die Schranke fahren, sie gehe sonst wieder zu oder schlägt auf meinen PKW. Als ich ca. 1m Abstand hielt, ging die Schranke zu und man sagte mir, ich solle durch die geöffnete Ausfahrt einfahren!! Da mir Zeit davon lief, mußte ich seiner Aufforderung nachgeben. NIE WIEDER!!

Die Adresse des Parkhauses wurde wegen einer Baustelle geändert. Das hatten wir nicht mitbekommen. Der Rückflug war verspätet, daraufhin kam alles ein bisschen anders. Ansonsten aber alles in Ordnung. Gerne wieder.

Leider haben wir per Mail die falsche Adresse bekommen. Zum Glück ging um 3:30 Uhr Nachts jemand ans Telefon und konnte uns zur richtigen Adresse führen. Sonst lief es gut, Auto stand überdacht und wir wurden pünktlich zum Flughafen gebracht und wieder abgeholt.

Bei Rückreise mussten wir einen kleinen Moment warten, da gerade andere Gäste zum Parkplatz gefahren wurden. War allerdings kein Problem, da unser Flug Verspätung hatte. Fahrer war sehr freundlich sowie bemüht uns zeitig zum Flughafen zu bringen. Alles reibungslos geklappt.
