• Please inform the parking provider immediately in writing by email or telephone of any delays or holiday extensions.
• If you return late, the surcharge can be paid on site in cash to the parking provider.
• If you come back earlier than stated, please inform the parking provider 24 hours in advance by email or WhatsApp.
• You can request child seats for the shuttle bus transfer and the staff member will be happy to help you with your luggage.
• The maximum entrance height of the underground car park is 1.90 m.
• 4 people are included in the shuttle ride. An additional charge is required for each additional person.
• For larger vehicles (e.g. vans, bullis, transporters, sprinters, etc.) a surcharge of 15€ is due.
• Bulky luggage (Golfbag, Bike, Surfboard): 15€
• During peak periods, keys may be handed over in exceptional circumstances due to flight cancellations or delays. We thank you for your understanding.
