Please note the following information:

Please inform the parking provider immediately in writing by email or telephone of any delays or holiday extensions.
If you return late, the surcharge can be paid on site in cash to the parking provider.
If you come back earlier than stated, please inform the parking provider 24 hours in advance by email or WhatsApp.
You can request child seats for the shuttle bus transfer and the staff member will be happy to help you with your luggage.
The maximum entrance height of the underground car park is 1.90 m.
4 people are included in the shuttle ride. An additional charge is required for each additional person.
For larger vehicles (e.g. vans, bullis, transporters, sprinters, etc.) a surcharge of 15€ is due.
Bulky luggage (Golfbag, Bike, Surfboard): 15€
During peak periods, keys may be handed over in exceptional circumstances due to flight cancellations or delays. We thank you for your understanding.

Laut Homepage heißt es, dass man seinen Schlüssel behalten kann und nicht abgeben muss, deshalb haben wir gebucht. Nach der Buchung stand im kleingedruckten, dass bei Hochsaison es vorkommen kann, dass der Schlüssel einbehalten wird. Das MUSS VOR der Buchung so ausgewiesen sein und nicht erst hinterher. Vor Ort mussten wir den Schlüssel abgeben oder eben das Auto woanders parken. Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Bei der Rückreise wurde gedroht, uns gar nicht mehr zurück ans Parkhaus zu bringen , weil wir uns hier nochmals über die Schlüsselabgabe beschwert haben. Nie wieder!

Der Parkplatz hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Die Nähe zum Flughafen war ein großer Pluspunkt. Beim nächsten Mal würden wir hier auf jeden Fall wieder einen Parkplatz buchen.

Le départ était impeccable et la fille était aimable et serviable, le seul bémol était le retour avec le chauffeur de la navette qui n'était pas serviable du tout et qui de plus avait du mal a s'exprimer en allemand, d'où incompréhension totale de l'endroit d'où il devait nous chercher.

Nous comprenons qu'une mauvaise communication puisse rendre le retour plus compliqué, notamment lorsqu'il s'agit de trouver facilement le point de rendez-vous après un vol. Es hat alles super funktioniert. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Beim Rückflug hat es etwas länger gedauert bis wir geholt wurden. Aber war alles im normalen Bereich. Abwicklung schnell und unkompliziert. Beim nächsten Mal auf alle Fälle wieder. Danke an das Team
