FlyAway Service is open between 03:30 and 00:30. In the parking garage you will find room for approximately 700 cars and the maximum entry height is 2.10 metres.

Shuttle-Service

The dark shuttle bus with red and white letters takes you directly from the car park to the airport, to Departure Level 3, between Terminals 3 and 4, at the short stop zone. This is exactly where you will be picked up after your landing. The transfer depends on the traffic situation in Stuttgart, but usually takes 5 to a maximum of 10 minutes. FlyAway Service's friendly staff will be happy to assist you with the loading and unloading of your baggage.

In the multi-storey car park you can park your car yourself and you also have a free choice of parking spaces. The provider has parking spaces with different widths to make parking as easy as possible for you. You take your car key with you if you do not book any of the provider's extra services. Because the car park is very large and you park your car yourself, the provider does not know which of its parking spaces you are in. To avoid a long search for your car, it is best to make a note of the parking number.

Valet-Service

When parking Valet, drive your own car directly to Departure Level 3, between Terminals 3 and 4, and park in the short stay zone. A qualified driver will be waiting for you there. After a vehicle inspection, during which the condition of the vehicle and mileage are recorded electronically to avoid any misunderstandings later on, the driver will park your car for you on the secure premises of the provider, while you can go directly to the check-in desk of the airline booked. On the way back, your car will be parked in the same place for you at the airport.

The parking garage is secured with a camera at the entrance. This means that every incoming and outgoing vehicle is registered and checked. In addition, staff is present 24 hours a day. This means that you can start your journey without worries, because your car is covered, checked and safely stored.

Because you park your car yourself with this parking provider, this service does not carry out a damage check of your vehicle. If you opt for the Valet service, a staff member of the provider will carry out a damage check together with you directly at the airport and digitally record the condition of your vehicle and the mileage of your vehicle.

During the parking period, the general terms and conditions of the provider apply. If you choose the shuttle service, take your key with you on your journey. In case of valet parking, you always have to hand in your key, because your car will be brought to the car park by a driver. Your key will then be kept safe for you in a safe that is not located on the grounds. This prevents your vehicle from being stolen.

The shuttle bus ride is included for up to 4 people. Each additional person costs a fixed amount of € 12 per trip. Please note that only pre-registered persons can use the shuttle bus. Please make sure you specify the correct number of people when making your reservation. You can pay the extra fixed amount directly to the provider on the spot.

The parking provider offers an electric charging service. The service costs are exclusive of electricity costs. You can book the service online.

For the transfer by shuttle bus you can request a booster seat for children from 3 years of age. This costs a fixed amount of € 5,- per ride. The caretaker of the park does not have a child seat available. In case you need a child seat, you can use your own child seat. To do this, however, you should deposit the car keys with the provider so that he can place the child seat in your car after the journey. In this case, your key will be stored in a safe for you.

Please note that the parking customer will be charged a night surcharge of € 20, - for journeys that take place after midnight from 00:30 a.m. to 3:30 a.m.

There are no disabled parking spaces in the car park, but there are parking spaces available in different sizes so that you can park a wider vehicle as long as it does not exceed the maximum boarding height of 2.10 meters. In addition, the parking garage has a free threshold.

Further services provided by the supplier are, depending on the agreement, car repairs, car cleaning, paint and inspection services. These additional services can be paid for directly at the supplier's premises at an additional charge. Please note that when booking additional services, your vehicle will be moved up to 15 km because repairs or cleaning work will be carried out in a partner workshop of the Provider.

It is possible to take several items in the shuttle bus, such as bicycles, surfboards, diving luggage, golf luggage or for example a dog box. Small luggage is charged €5.00 per trip and large luggage is charged €10.00. Your luggage (suitcases and hand luggage) is included in the booking price.

Arrival

The FlyAway Service car park is located at Plieninger Straße 111, 70567 Stuttgart, Germany. This is car park P2 of the SI-Centre Stuttgart. If you are looking for the car park and are already on Plieninger Straße, follow the signs to Parkhaus P2, SI-Centrum Stuttgart. Using our route planner you can easily find the provider. You will also find more detailed directions in your booking confirmation.

Please contact the parking provider 15min before arrival to confirm your arrival time.The driver's phone number can be found in your booking confirmation. It is important to call the driver 15 minutes before entering the car park as there is no reception. Please note that text messages are also delayed. As the shuttle bus runs individually for each customer, it is important that you register with the provider before your journey to the airport.

An anthracite-coloured shuttle bus awaits you at the entrance to the car park, which you can recognise by the red and white inscriptions "FlyAway Service". This will take you directly to Departure Level 3 of Stuttgart Airport, between Terminals 3 and 4.

On your return journey, call FlyAway Service again immediately after leaving the customs area. The driver will pick you up from the airport immediately. Return to Departure Level 3 between Terminals 3 and 4, where you will be taken for your outward journey. The driver will give you an exit ticket for the car park where your car is parked.

How does valet parking work?

On the day of your trip, you drive directly to Stuttgart Airport. Contact the parking provider by phone. Only after your call will an employee be waiting for you at Terminal 3+4, the last entrance of the glass building (terminals). After a short vehicle check, the vehicle is handed over. You can then enter the airport building and your vehicle will be driven into the secure parking lot.

If you have arrived back at Stuttgart Airport while waiting for your luggage, call Flyaway-Service. The driver from will bring your vehicle back to the previously agreed meeting point.
