Important information
At the experienced parking provider FlyAway Service Stuttgart your vehicle is safely parked in a car park. Here you can park your car yourself and also freely choose your parking space from the wide range of parking spaces available. A shuttle bus will then take you to Stuttgart airport, which is a 5-10 minute drive, depending on the traffic situation. If you prefer to drive directly to the airport, FlyAway Service also offers you excellent valet service.
The shuttle bus transfer is included for a maximum of 4 people. Each additional person costs a flat fee of €20.00. Please note that only passengers registered in advance can be transported in the shuttle bus. Therefore, make sure to indicate the correct number of people in your reservation. The additional fee can be paid directly to the provider on-site.
The specified arrival and return times are mandatory. Please note that a surcharge of €50.00 will be applied for delays of more than 30 minutes, as this significantly disrupts operational planning.
The parking provider offers an electric charging service. Service costs do not include electricity costs. You can book this service online. For this service, the car keys and charging card must be left with the parking provider.
Your standard luggage (suitcases and hand luggage) is included in the booking price.
If you are traveling with children, the parking lot provides a child seat for a fee of €5.00 (€10.00 for the round trip). However, this type of seat is only suitable for children aged 4 and over. If you are traveling with a baby, you can bring your own Maxi-Cosi and ask a staff member to install it in the shuttle for the transfer. In this case, you would need to leave your car keys with the provider so they can place the seat back in your car after the trip. Your keys will be kept in a safe.
There are no designated disabled parking spaces in the garage, but there are spaces of various sizes so you can park with a wider vehicle, as long as it does not exceed the maximum entrance height of 2.10 meters. Additionally, the parking garage is designed to be barrier-free.
Please note that the parking provider charges a night surcharge of €20.00 for transfers taking place between 00:30 and 03:30.

Die kleinen Schwierigkeiten wurden von den Fahrern gleich aus der Welt geschafft. Service ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir werden bei der nächsten Reise wieder bei ihnen den Parkservice buchen.

Die telefonische Erreichbarkeit ist ausreichend. Wir haben den Parkplatz gebucht um 3:30 Uhr und sollten 15 Minuten vor der gebuchten Zeit die Handynummer vom Parkplatzanbieter anrufen. Da wir schon ca. 45 Minuten vor der gebuchten Zeit dort waren, habe ich ca. 10 Mal versucht auf dem Handy und auf dem Festnetz jemanden zu erreichen, das aber leider erfolglos blieb. Da wir das 1. Mal geflogen sind und wir auf den Shuttle-Service angewiesen waren, sind wir sehr nervös geworden und wussten uns langsam nicht mehr zu helfen, da auch kein Rückruf stattfand. Gott sei Dank ist eine andere Familie auch in dasselbe Parkhaus gefahren und haben denselben Shuttle-Service gehabt wie wir und der Mann bestätigte, dass es in der Früh sehr schwierig war, den Service zu erreichen. Der Mann hat um 3:45 Uhr die zugewiesene Handynummer angerufen und kam dann nach dem 1. Versuch sofort bei dem Fahrer durch. Wir haben dem Fahrer, nachdem er uns im Parkhaus abgeholt hat, schon zu verstehen gegeben, dass das kein so guter Service ist, wenn die Mitarbeiter oder auch der Chef im Büro nicht zur gebuchten Zeit an das Telefon geht. Beim Abholen ging es dann aber dann reibungslos. Der Parkplatz im Parkhaus war in Ordnung und die Bestätigungs-Email, wo alles beschrieben wurde, war gut zu erreichen. Unser Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre, dass der Chef die telefonische Verfügbarkeit besser gestalten würde.
Alles hat super geklappt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Parkplatz und dem Fahrer.
