How does valet parking work?
Vehicle handover upon arrival
Please drive your car directly to the meeting point at departure terminal 1 at Flughafenstrasse 43, 70629 Stuttgart, for the vehicle handover. It is important that you call the parking provider 15 minutes before your arrival. Without this notice, the vehicle cannot be picked up at the agreed time.
Please note that after passing through the barrier at Stuttgart Airport, only 8 minutes are available free of charge. Every additional 5 minutes will be charged at €5.00, and an unannounced entry into the handover area will also be charged.
An experienced employee will be waiting for you at the terminal after you call and will come to your vehicle. A short vehicle check will be carried out on site, the mileage of your vehicle will be recorded and any damage will be photographed.
You must hand over your car key in order to park the vehicle in our video-monitored parking garage, which is 3 km away. Your key will then be deposited in our safe.
Return journey
The staff will track your flight number and can therefore react to an early landing or delay and will be waiting for you when you land at the airport. It is therefore very important to provide the correct flight number to guarantee a punctual return of the vehicle. As soon as you have landed and have collected your luggage or are travelling with hand luggage and have left the customs area, contact the parking provider by telephone and go back to the same meeting point as when you arrived in Terminal 1 departure area to hand over the vehicle. It is important that you go back up one floor to the departure area, which you can reach via the escalators or the elevator. If you would like to return your vehicle in the arrivals area, please speak to the parking provider.
Customers are obliged to collect their vehicle immediately after arrival, without delays due to private shopping or restaurant visits. Any damage to the vehicle must be reported to the service employee immediately, as subsequent damage reporting is not possible.
