Valet Service

What to do on departure
Print your booking confirmation and bring it with you. Call 30 minutes before arrival at Schiphol. Our valet driver will be waiting for you between Departure Hall 2 and 3. You are personally responsible for taking photos or videos of your vehicle at the departure hall.

What to do on return
Call after you have landed. After customs, take the elevator or escalator up one floor to Door E, between Departure Hall 2 and 3. Cross the pedestrian crossing. Our valet driver will be waiting there for you with your vehicle.

Shuttle Service

What to do on departure
Call 30 minutes before arrival. Our shuttle bus will be waiting for you at the parking lot. After your vehicle is parked, our free shuttle bus will take you directly to Schiphol.

What to do on return
Call after you have landed. After customs, take the elevator or escalator up one floor to Door E, between Departure Hall 2 and 3. Cross the pedestrian crossing. The shuttle bus will bring you back to our parking location.
