Excellent service. They are very punctual and professional, and the staff is very friendly. They are very responsive online and by phone, no long waiting times. They take care of the customers and offer a lounge to rest and relax with free coffee, fruit, etc. If I fly through Schiphol again, certainly I'll use their services.

Overall good.
On the return, it took a long time for the van to pick me up.
The one that arrived just as I came outside was full and I had to wait.
The driver said the next one would be there in 5-10 minutes.
But I think I waited 20-25 minutes until it arrived.
It could help if there is an app with a "request ride" button and it tells us more or less how long it will be before they arrive. Calling is fine, but then there should also be somewhat accurate info about timelines. And the fact that it's a foreign number makes it more expensive for me. An app or via WhatsApp could be helpful.

At Airport Indoor Parking, you can park your car in a luxury car park on the A4 motorway. Handing over your car, unpacking your bags and boarding the shuttle bus are all done inside. So you needn't worry about the wind and rain.

Shuttle service
Once you have arrived at Airport Indoor Parking, you can drive into the garage. Here your car will be photographed in the video street. This street is equipped with cameras on all sides, these pictures are taken to prevent any damage.
After a member of Airport Indoor Parking staff has assisted you with unloading and loading your luggage and you have checked in at the ticket desk. You can make use of the many services and facilities of Airport Indoor Parking. These include a comfortable waiting area, Starbucks coffee and toilets.
When you leave for Schiphol Airport, you can take the shuttle bus which will take you to the airport within 11 minutes.

Airport Indoor Parking has a secure parking garage. The garage is equipped with cameras. In addition, Airport Indoor Parking is equipped with an advanced key safe. In this system, your key is linked to a digital code and can only be retrieved when you return from your trip. This way, you can be sure that your car is parked safely at Airport Indoor Parking!

The Airport Indoor Parking staff will assist you with your luggage. In addition, you can use the parking lounge equipped with a Starbucks coffee corner. Here you can relax before your trip. The car park is also equipped with a toilet. For the shuttle bus, you can book a free child seat if you wish. And if you have an electric car, you can recharge it at Airport Indoor Parking!

Arrival
On the day of your flight, you drive to Airport Indoor Parking. Here you drive into the garage and your car will first be photographed in the video street. When this is done, you drive to the hall where your luggage will be transferred to the shuttle bus. Next, you can check in and make use of the facilities of Airport Indoor Parking. Meanwhile, an Airport Indoor Parking employee will carefully park your car for you. Finally, your key will be kept in the advanced key safe. And all this while you are on your way to Schiphol!

Return
When you return from your trip, you can call Airport Indoor Parking as soon as you have received your luggage. The shuttle bus will pick you up and drive you to the parking garage. Your car will be waiting for you here. You can get in and continue your journey!
