Alles hat reibungslos geklappt
Hallo, Wir sind mitten in der Nacht geflogen, Abholung um 4 Uhr morgens. Wirklich reibungslos. Trotz Menschen ohne Ende. Hier ist entscheidend wann man sich einträgt um zum Flughafen gebracht zu werden. Was überhaupt nicht lief war die Abholung am Flughafen. Der Fahrer hat uns abgeholt nachdem wir den 2. Fahrer für die Parkplätze 1 und 3 informiert hatten. Dazu kam, das wir über 55 Minuten auf die Abholung gewartet hatten. 2 Anrufe und eine Reklamation später. Das war super mangelhaft!!! Fazit, Hinweg Weltklasse, Rückweg weniger als Kreisklasse…
Bij aankomst van terugvlucht stond onze shuttlebus op een totaal andere plaats dan in de mail stond en hebben we bijna een uur in de kou moeten wachten. Nog één keer zoiets..........dan nooit meer.
Ich war vorher sehr aufgeregt, ob alles klappt. Mit der Ausnahme, dass mein Auto nicht so wie reserviert bei A 2 stehen konnte sondern bei A4 lief alles glatt. Der Service Mensch war freundlich und auch das Abholen nach dem Flug war sehr gut . Ich fand die Parklücken eng,besonders, weil ich meinen großen Koffer auf den Rücksitz laden muss. Es hat aber gut funktioniert
