Upon your return, you will be picked up at the same spot to collect your car. Here’s how it works:

Departure:
On the day of your reservation, go directly to the parking lot at the address provided in your confirmation email. For optimal service, we recommend arriving about 10 minutes before the time indicated on your booking. Upon arrival, park your car and identify yourself as a Parkos customer. Then, one of the staff will take you immediately to the departures terminal so you can continue your journey.

Return:
On the day of your return, call the number provided in your confirmation email once you have collected your luggage to inform them of your arrival. Then, go to the meeting point indicated by the driver, and they will transfer you back to the parking lot.

Vehicle dimensions:
Vehicles longer than 5 meters are not accepted.
