On Arrival:
On the day of your booking, go directly to the parking lot at the address indicated in your confirmation email. For efficient service, we recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled time. After parking, please inform us that you are a Parkos customer. One of our staff members will escort you to the departures terminal so you can continue your journey without worry. The shuttle bus departs every 15 minutes.

On Return:
On the day of your return, please call the number indicated in your confirmation email as soon as you collect your luggage to inform us of your arrival. Go to the meeting point indicated by the driver during the call, and you will be transferred back to the parking lot.
