- Your booking includes free shuttle transfers for 3 passengers. Extra passengers will be charged €5.00 each.
Important information
No inventory is taken, but staff strongly encourage you to take photos of your vehicle upon arrival to avoid any misunderstandings upon your return. For oversized vehicles (larger than saloon cars), a surcharge of 30% of the total booking amount is required for the entire duration of parking. This surcharge must be paid directly at the car park. Please arrive at the car park at least 3 hours before the end of check-in at the airport. In case of high traffic, the shuttle bus can only accommodate two passengers, so you will need to drop off additional passengers and luggage at the airport before going to the car park.
Other supplements
For a the 4th passenger, a supplement of 5 euros will be payable. There will be no space available for additional passengers after that. Any arrival between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. a supplement of 5 euros will be paid in the on-site car park. Oversized luggage eg surfboard golf dog crate etc. A supplement of 5 euros per piece of luggage will be requested from the car park to be paid on site.
Cool Parking CDG is located at the entrance to Roissy-CDG Airport. Service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week: it couldn't be more convenient.

Très bien , bonne communication, parking près de l'aéroport
Très bonne expérience. L’équipe est sympathique. La voiture était parfaitement à l’abri dans un parking couvert. Les horaires de navettes aller/retour aéroport sont très fiables .
⭐ 1/5 – Expérience catastrophique, parking à fuir absolument ! Service déplorable et manque total de professionnalisme ! Dès le dépôt de notre véhicule, le chauffeur était injoignable. À notre retour, la situation a été encore pire : nous avons attendu une heure entière, malgré des dizaines d'appels téléphoniques restés sans réponse ! Un comportement irresponsable, un manque total de respect envers les clients et une organisation absolument inadmissible. Franchement, vu la manière dont ce parking fonctionne, je me demande sérieusement s'il s'agit d'un établissement déclaré et respectant la réglementation. J'envisage de faire un signalement auprès des autorités compétentes afin qu'un contrôle soit effectué, pour éviter que d'autres clients subissent la même mésaventure. Je déconseille fortement ce parking ! À éviter absolument si vous ne voulez pas gâcher votre voyage et perdre votre temps !
Arrivée et prise en charge parfaite. Proximité Terminal parfaite. Longue attente au retour (25 min) malgré message vocal et SMS + récupération d'autres clients ensuite = retour à la voiture en 50 mintes. Trop long
