Shuttle parking (minibus transfer)
To park in Parking Costa Golf you must go to the address that we will provide in the confirmation email of the reservation.

When you return, you must call the number found in your email when you make the reservation, and they will go to pick you up in the T2 arrivals tunnel to take you back to the parking lot.

There is no maximum height for vehicles or length or width restrictions on passenger cars. In the case of motor homes and vans they may not have a suitable space.

Handling of keys:
During the high season, you must leave us the vehicle keys. During the low season, you can keep the keys yourselves.

Reservé este aparcamiento porque permitía conservar la llave, pero cuando llegué allí me indicaron que esto no era así, ya que parkos seguía comercializando plazas a pesar de que ellos habían avisado de que el parking estaba completo. Tuve que dejar el coche allí en medio, y la llave para que ellos lo movieran cuando quedara algún espacio libre. Cuando llegué a recogerlo una semana más tarde tampoco estaba aparcado en un espacio, sino en mitad de una calle interior del aparcamiento, lo cual me hace plantearme dónde ha estado realmente mi coche esta semana. Ni siquiera tuvieron la deferencia de hacerme un lavado exterior después de haber estado allí una semana en un suelo de tierra, el coche estaba lleno de polvo. Como punto positivo, el empleado del último día (miércoles 29 a las 9 de la noche) sí me prestó un trato adecuado

When we arrived there was no parking place available so I had to leave my keys which I did not want to. It was also stated that Costa Golf did not require that. The pick up came quickly but he did not speak any English so it was very confusing to know at 23.10 in the evening if he had understood that we was waiting for him.

El parking en general está bien, solo que no es tan grande como me lo esperaba, el trato con el personal estuvo bien y los tiempos también
