En general todo bien, como suele funcionar este tipo de servicios. El único pero fue que el día antes de volver avisé de que nos habían cambiado el vuelo y que llegaríamos 4,5 horas más tarde. Pero cuando llamé para recoger el coche aparentemente no sabían nada del cambio y al final tardó más de hora en llegar al aeropuerto. Pero el chico que nos devolvió el coche era amable y se excusó.
Parkos no corrobora que las empresas que publicita sean reales , son unos timadores y Parkos también , ya que en su página web dicen que son perfiles verificados , una estafa pasar de Parkos …
No sabiamos que te cogian el coche en el aeropuerto y se lo llevaban a saber donde porque yo solicité mi coche cubierto y luego me lo trajeron lavado...a parte te decian que tardaban 10 min y eso se convertia en media hora en fin...no nos gusto nada.
Rápida respuesta telefónica, muy buena gestión. Apenas hubo tiempo de esperas.
El encargado de coger el coche no va identificado, ni deja un resguardo ni nada; y en cuanto a los horarios de recogida/entrega no son demasiado puntuales.
Fantástico servicio, rápido, sencillo, eficiente. Muy recomendable.
