Shuttle parking (minibus transfer)
To park with Park & Go, go directly to the address we will give you in the booking confirmation email. Once there, go directly to the parking lot and an employee will tell you where to park the car. Afterwards, you will be transferred free of charge and as quickly as possible to the departure area.
On your return, call the number in the booking confirmation email, and they will pick you up immediately to take you back to the parking lot. The meeting point is in the same place where they dropped you off. Once in the parking lot, you will be returned to your car and ready to leave as soon as possible.
The transfer buses do not have a fixed schedule, but leave according to the needs of the customer, to reduce waiting times.
>strong>Vehicle measurements: There is no height limit. Only vehicles or vans up to 5.20 m in length and 1.90 in width are allowed and caravans are not allowed.
Handling of keys:
It is not necessary to leave the vehicle keys; the customer may keep them.
However, in rare cases, such as delays in vehicle pickup due to delayed flights or high occupancy, the customer may be asked to leave the vehicle keys, solely to facilitate parking reorganization. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these exceptional cases.
Additional costs:
The parking lot charges an additional cost of 5 euros when the arrival or departure is between 00:00 and 06:00
Important: We recommend an arrival of two hours before the flight departure time
The car park does not accept vans or caravans. Only normal-sized vehicles.

Tuve desconfianza al principio porque ponía que te llevabas tus llaves y al final se la quedaron por motivos de sobrepasar el aforo. Entiendo que quieran atender a todo el que tiene confianza en ellos y la han dado con creces. Estoy totalmente satisfecha por el trato y la puntualidad y sobre todo su amabilidad... Un "10"
Pagué online y me incluían ya la tarifa nocturna, pero al llevar el coche volvieron a cobrármela en persona. El día de la llegada, los empleados estaban muy desorganizados y nos tuvieron esperando dentro de la furgoneta 15 minutos, mientras nuestro chófer organizaba el resto de furgonetas.
Muy mala experiencia. Lo contrate porque lo venden bien pero no es así. Al llegar al parking me tuvieron más de media hora esperando allí y mi vuelo casi lo pierdo. Al regresar, el vuelo aterrizó a las 2 de la mañana y nos juntamos allí más de 30 personas y no tenían organización y el chico que trabaja allí hablando de malas maneras. Decía que es un parking barato y que qué queríamos desafiando. Un desastre
Tras dejar el coche me dijeron que lo iban a cambiar de parking, y a la llegada después de llamar tuvimos que esperar 20 min para que nos recogieran y cuando llegué a mi coche después de varias paradas pasaron 45 min desde que llamé a que me recogieran. No merece la pena
Chicos muy amables, la vuelta al parking fue un poco kaos porque estaban desbordados, pero es comprensible y fueron educados y pidieron disculpas , incluso descuento para la próxima vez
Es un buen servicio económico.
