I used google maps to find the 'Park and go' full address as listed camino puente del rey no. 34 and it brought me way past the entrance to the parking. I looked again at the confirmation sent to me and indeed it mentioned 'two blue sticks' it would be better to say blue posts but it took me a full 10 minutes to drive back and find it.
It would be very useful to have a big sign perhaps 150m before the entrance saying Park & Go in 150m and then a really big well lit sign over the entrance.
Otherwise the service is faultless and fantastic value. I would even be prepared to pay 20% more for better signage!!

Nu de derde keer dat wij er onze wagen parkeren en steeds een zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en snelle ophaaldienst.
Het parkeren is wel op gras maar de parking geeft ons een groot gevoel van veiligheid gezien zorgvuldig afgesloten zodat je je steeds moet aanmelden bij aankomst en de poort pas geopend wordt voor de geregistreerde klanten .
Ook een aantrekkelijke prijs en dichtbij de luchthaven.

Everything was fast and friendly. No waiting time, lightning fast answering phone calls. In the parking lot I was advised where to better park. But the only thing I didn't really like was the shuttle bus, which was very old, used and dirty! Otherwise I would have given five stars.

Very pleased with the service, on return my battery was flat , Miguel Angel immediately went off and returned with good jump leads and started my truck , & couldn't be more grateful for the prompt service Miguel provided in dropping & picking us up from the terminal.

Shuttle parking (minibus transfer)
To park with Park & Go, go directly to the address we will give you in the booking confirmation email. Once there, go directly to the parking lot and an employee will tell you where to park the car. Afterwards, you will be transferred free of charge and as quickly as possible to the departure area. On your return, call the number in the booking confirmation email, and they will pick you up immediately to take you back to the parking lot. The meeting point is in the same place where they dropped you off. Once in the parking lot, you will be returned to your car and ready to leave as soon as possible. The transfer buses do not have a fixed schedule, but leave according to the needs of the customer, to reduce waiting times.

Handling of keys:
You don't have to leave your car keys, you can keep them yourself.
Additional costs:
The parking lot charges an additional cost of 5 euros when the arrival or departure is between 00:00 and 06:00
