La entrega fue excelente. La recogida un desastre. Me dijeron 20m y la espera fué mucho más larga. Es agosto y puede pasar pero al menos decir la verdad y no engañar a los clientes. Una pena , de no ser por la recogida sería todo de 10.
EL DÍA DE LA ENTREGA DEL COCHE EN EL APARCAMIENTO DEL AEROPUERTO, LLAMAMOS PARA AVISAR CON LA ANTELACIÓN QUE NOS HABÍAN INDICADO, PERO NO CONTESTABAN NINGUNO DE LOS TELÉFONOS, TARDARON MEDIA HORA EN HACERLO. IMAGINESE QUE UNO VA A COGER UN AVIÓN Y NO RESPODEN EL TELÉFONO .... NUNCA ME HABÍA PASADO ALGO ASÍ. UNA VEZ QUE COGIERON EL TELEFONO, TUVE QUE INSISITIR PORQUE TARDABAN EN LLEGAR Y ME ARGUMETARON QUE HABÍA MUCHOS COCHES QUE RECOGER.... GESTIÓN Y SERVICIO MUY DEFICIENTE.
Mas de una hora esperando cuando llegamos al aeropuerto, lo tuvimos que llamar tres veces , muy mala experiencia tanto en la entrega como en la recogida...
Uso el servicio con frecuencia. Ayer regresé 9 horas antes de lo previsto sin previo aviso y aún en agosto me acomodaron sin tener que esperar mucho.
