L’expérience s’est globalement bien passée, quelques difficultés sur la gestion de l’horaire d’arrivée avec un parking dépose minute plein en heure de pointe et un quart d’heure de retard du service voiturier sur l’heure prévue donc pas vraiment simple. Hormis cela tout s’est bien passé une fois la voiture récupérée, et l’horaire a été respectée pour notre retour avec une bonne communication. Je conseillerais au service de toujours penser à demander le terminal prévu et d’informer sur les contraintes possibles lié au dépose minute, mais aussi de proposer un plan simple faisant apparaître les déposes minutes et les terminaux cela pourrait améliorer l’expérience utilisateur.
