Au départ, je n'ai pas reçu de SMS m'indiquant le téléphone pour contacter le voiturier. Je ne pouvais pas savoir s'il serait là pour récupérer la voiture. Et au retour le voiturier a mis 30 min pour nous ramener la voiture. Le bénéfice offert par votre service n'est donc plus intéressant. La prochaine fois nous passerons par un autre voiturier ou par un taxi.
Bonne prise en charge et restitution de la voiture. Mais véhicule couvert d'une épaisse poussière. Le véhicule a-t-il été garé dans ou à proximité d'un chantier? Photos à disposition.
