Mon avion a eu du retard, arrivée a l'aéroport personne m'a répondu je n'ai pas pu récupérer ma voiture avant le lendemain matin Je n'était pas prévenu
Très bien passé aller retour
Au retour, notre avion a eu deux heures de retard donc l'agence allait être fermée à notre arrivée (attention elle ferme à 20h30). Cela signifie que personne n'est présent pour venir vous récupérer à l'aéroport et le parking est inaccessible en transports en commun donc cela implique de prendre un Uber (frais supplémentaires !). En plus l'agence était injoignable pendant presque une heure alors que l'on est supposé les appeler lorsqu'on arrive pour qu'ils viennent nous récupérer !!! Imaginez si nous étions en train de les attendre à l'aéroport... Pour terminer, bien qu'il passe juste devant, le chauffeur de la navette à l'aller a refusé de nous laisser au terminal 2 et nous a obligatoirement laissé au terminal 1... A prendre en compte pour les personnes à mobilité réduite ! Par conséquence, expérience très mitigée, certes le prix est bas mais le service assez mauvais.
Nickel! Je recommande vivement!
Presque une heure de retard sans excuse. Expérience a ne pas renouveler avec ce parking.
Bien dans l'ensemble beaucoup d'attente pour notre retour ....
