Je recommande. Mon GPS m’a déposé juste devant, par contre le nom parkos ou very good n’est pas noté mais j’ai appelé, ils ont vite répondu et guidé. Parking extérieur et intérieur proposé. La mienne a l’intérieur. Une navette vous récupère et vous dépose à l’aéroport. (3 min). Retour j’ai appelé dès mon arrivé, (Une petite marche de 5/10 min du terminal 2). ils sont venus me récupérer. Même pas 5 min d’attente. Super accueil et surtout très réactif quand on les appelle. Rapport qualité prix. Top
Service clair et assez rapide, très fiable. Les chauffeurs des navettes sont très à l'écoute, les personnes s'occupant de l'accueil sont efficaces. Le nom Very Good Pärk n'apparaissait pas suffisamment sur l'enseigne, qui contient deux noms, la première fois, cela peut porter à confusion.

Très mauvaise expérience, nous avons avancé notre vol retour d'une semaine, j'ai téléphoné au parking et ils m'ont confirmé l'ouverture jusqu'à 21h30, mais sorti de l'aéroport à 21h, aucune ligne joignable, ni le mobile, ni le fixe, personne ne répond. j'ai marché une heure pour me rendre au parking étant donné que sur leur site internet ils indiquent une ouverture 24/24, mais une fois sur place tout est fermé et aucune présence. Nous avons dû prendre un hôtel. Le lendemain aucune réponse à nos appels avant 8h20 alors qu'ils indiquent une ouverture à 8h sur leur répondeur. Une fois au téléphone, je leur ai proposé de venir nous chercher à l'hôtel au lieu de l'aéroport, l'hôtel était pourtant plus proche du parking, ils ont refusé, j'ai préféré me rendre à pied chercher ma voiture. En conclusion, service client catastrophique, ils nous ont lâché la veille sans scrupule et ils n'ont fait aucun effort le lendemain. En bref, je vous déconseille ce parking.
La zone de garage à Vitrolles se situe à une adresse différente que ce qui est indiqué et d'autre part pas d'indication PARKOS indiqué (endroit de location voiture) Difficulté au départ pour joindre le garage et boite saturée
