Important Notes & Fees

• Vehicle Categories & Size Restrictions: Standard vehicles are included in the rate. Vehicles exceeding 2.20 m width or 4.50 m length incur a surcharge. Oversized vehicles (vans, campers, etc.) must be **registered in advance**. Key handover may be required in exceptional cases.
• Shuttle Service & Passenger Count: 4 people are included in the shuttle service. Each additional person incurs a surcharge. Child seats are free of charge upon request.
• Delay: A surcharge of €15 applies for delays exceeding 30 minutes.

Reservation Confirmation & Invoice

You can download your reservation confirmation in your Parkos account. If you require an invoice, please ask the parking provider directly on the day of your return.
