Important information

The parking provider requests that you notify them (call/WhatsApp) 30 minutes before arrival. Without timely notification, waiting times must be expected.

-If you arrive more than 30 minutes later than announced, the parking provider will charge a one-time fee of €15.

-In the event of deliberate deception to circumvent night surcharges, the parking provider reserves the right to refuse the booking or charge a processing fee of €100.

-The customer must provide the correct flight number. Incorrect information that requires additional effort may result in an administration fee of €5.

You can download your reservation receipt from your Parkos account. If you require an invoice, please ask the parking provider directly on the day of your return.
