Important informationHow does shuttle parking work?
On the day of your trip, please drive to the park area. You must call the parking provider 20 minutes before your arrival. Please note that acceptance may take a little longer depending on the time of year and the customer. Therefore, plan enough time at the park area. Our recommendation is that you allow an extra 30 minutes for the recording on site and the drive to the airport. You can find the address of the parking provider above here. After you have been welcomed by a member of staff, you will then be driven to the airport in one of the shuttle buses.Return journey
On the day of your return, after passing passport control, call the driver to confirm that you can now be picked up. The driver with the shuttle bus will then wait for you there. The shuttle will take you directly to the parking lot so that you can continue your journey as quickly as possible.

Eigentlich alles gut nur der Weg vom Parkplatz zum Flughafen dauert vllt. 6 MIn. aber ich musste 20 Min. warten, warum kann ich nicht sagen, mir wurde beim Anruf angeboten (kostenlos) mir meinen Wagen zum Flughafen zu bringen, an sich toll, aber warum 20 Min. dann warten, wenn der einfache Weg nur 6 Min. dauert ? Hatte mit Zeitknappheit zu kämpfen da mein nächster Termin in 2 ,5 Std. war und ich noch 2 Std. fahren musste. Nachvollziehen kann ich den zeitlichen Verzug nicht.
Der Parkplatz war ein Schotterparkplatz an einer verfallenen Halle. Die Autos stehen draußen sehr eng geparkt. Bei Ankunft war niemand da. Kontakt mit dem Fahrer telefonisch. Hinfahrt und Abholung haben pünktlich geklappt. Hat das Flugzeug Verspätung und die Parkzeit wird mehr als 30 MInuten überschritten, wird eine Nachzahlung eingefordert.
Alles okay
Hat alles gut geklappt. Etwas merkwürdig fanden wir, das bei der Abholung vom Rückflug zusätzlich zum Fahrer 3 Personen, offensichtlich Freunde/Bekannte des Fahrers mitgefahren sind. Alles andere hat gut funktioniert.

Es war alles perfekt. Wir hatten bis 6.00Uhr gebucht waren aber schon 3.30 da.Hat trotzdem sehr gut geklappt. Vielen Dank
