Entry Times and Vehicle Dimensions

To provide you with extra flexibility, you are permitted to enter the car park up to two hours before your booked reservation begins at no additional cost. Please be mindful of the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions to ensure a smooth entry: the height limit is 2 m, the width limit is 2 m, and the maximum length allowed is 5 m.

Booking Extensions and Payment

If your travel plans change and you exceed your reserved parking period, you can easily settle the additional charge at the pay machine before exiting the garage. Please note that for these additional payments, the machines only accept debit or credit cards. This ensures a quick and modern transition so you can head home immediately after your flight lands.

Entry with QR-code

Please display the QR code of your confirmation mail to the scanner of the barrier once you reached your booked parking. In case there is not scanner or it should not work, kindly use the intercom and provide the employee either with your license plate, name or locator code (you find it on the second confirmation in the upper corner to the right).

Extended stay:

In case you have to stay longer than your booked parking time, you will have to pay the extra time directly in the parking. Please just enter your license plate at the checkout machines and the extra amount should be visible to you. The additional time will be calculated according to the parking fees that you will find published near the entrance.

Delay:

No worries if you are late upon arrival of your booking. If you arrive late to the start time of your parking period, you can still enter the parking. The parking departure date and hour will stay the same as you booked it. An earlier departure than your parking period is possible as well but will not be reimbursed.

Onepass:

There is no entry or exit possible during your stay. The confirmation is only valid for entering/exiting once.
