QR code on the scanner:
Show the QR code of your voucher to the barcode scanner at the barrier. Please hold the QR code (the black and white boxes at the top of this page) on the barcode scanner at the barrier terminal. If there is no scanner or it does not work, please use the intercom and provide the employee with the "locator" code also provided on this page.
Extended stay:
If you have to stay longer and the parking time exceeds the set hours, you will have to pay the difference in the parking garage. If you are unable to pay the overage at the automated checkouts (with your license plate number), you must do so at the main checkout area. The additional time will be calculated according to the parking fees that you will find published near the entrance.
Delay:
If you're late, just check the parking time in your booking so you don't end up in front of locked doors. Please note that even if you arrive late, the departure time remains the same. If you arrive earlier or depart later than the set hours, additional minutes may be charged according to the parking rates.
