Important Information:

Four people are included in the shuttle ride. A surcharge applies for each additional person.

If you have any questions regarding changes to your reservation on weekends or 24 hours before the start of your trip, we recommend contacting the parking provider. In case of late return, the surcharge can be paid to the parking provider in cash on site.

Arrival

On the day of your trip, you will drive to the parking provider. A member of staff will greet you at the parking area. Please call the parking provider 30 minutes before arrival. After you have parked your car, the shuttle bus will take you to the airport.

Return journey

Call upon landing: Please call us as soon as your flight has landed and provide your license plate number so the shuttle driver can prepare.

Call after baggage collection: Call us again once you have successfully collected your baggage.

Meeting point at the airport: Meet our shuttle driver on the upper floor at Terminal 2. From there, we will take you back to the parking lot.

You can download your reservation receipt in your Parkos account. If you need an invoice, please ask the parking provider directly on the day of your return.
