Alles war perfekt, null Wartezeit. Das Team war jederzeit telefonisch zu erreichen.
Leider sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Wir hatten einen Valet-Parkservice am Flughafen Frankfurt für den Zeitraum vom 11.07. bis 24.07.2026 gebucht. Etwa 30 Minuten vor der vereinbarten Ankunftszeit haben wir mehrfach versucht, den Anbieter telefonisch zu erreichen. Leider war niemand erreichbar, sodass die Fahrzeugübergabe nicht möglich war. Da unser Mitarbeiter seinen Flug erreichen musste, waren wir gezwungen, kurzfristig einen anderen Parkplatz zu organisieren und zusätzliche Kosten zu tragen. Besonders enttäuschend ist, dass wir anschließend eine ausführliche Reklamation mit allen notwendigen Nachweisen eingereicht haben, darauf jedoch keinerlei Antwort erhalten haben. Die gebuchte Leistung wurde nicht erbracht und unsere Reklamation blieb ebenfalls unbeantwortet. Wir können diesen Anbieter daher leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

unkompliziert und einfach jedes Mal Spitze
Service was fine, but they should be more flexible at drop off time. I drive one and half hour to the airport. It is very difficult to select the exact time I will arrive due to traffic and road conditions. If I arrive 10 minutes early they should be able to accommodate that time and not make me pull over on the way to wait for the exact time of my reservation.
