Infiniti-Parking ensures that you can start your holidays easy and relaxed. The pick-up and drop-op services at the airport terminal are available 24/7. Besides that, Mein Valet offers an outside parking lot and a parking garage, you can select the lot that you prefer.
The parking garage of Infiniti-Parking is equipped with video surveillance, plate number recognition systems and is guarded by personnel. The outside parking lot is also equipped with video surveillance, guarded by personnel and is fenced. Your key will be kept in a safe for both parking lot options.
There will be an inspection of the vehicle at the airport terminal before you hand over your car. Your car will be checked for already existing damages, to prevent misunderstandings when you return from your holidays.

Important information
A night surcharge applies for journeys from 11:59 p.m. to 5:59 a.m.
You should allow approx. 30 minutes for parking including vehicle check-in and transfer to the airport.
4 people are included in the booking price. If there are more than 4 people, an additional charge will apply for each additional person. If you have not used the options in the booking window, you will have to pay the difference on site.
For additional luggage of any kind (suitcase
The parking provider charges a surcharge for strollers/buggys, child seats).
The park provider charges a surcharge for bulky luggage per item (wheelchair, musical instruments, sports luggage, bicycles, live animals in transport boxes).
The parking lot operator charges a fee for vehicles that are wider than 2.20 meters and longer than 5.20 meters. This surcharge also applies to all SUVs and vans, motorhomes, oversized cars, trailers.
If you are delayed by more than 30 minutes, you will have to pay an extra charge of €15.00, as this will incur additional personnel costs due to your late arrival.
Please inform the parking provider immediately in writing by email or telephone of any delays or holiday extensions. An extension of the parking period costs €20 per day. How does shuttle parking work?
On the day of your trip, please drive to the park area. Please contact the parking provider 30 minutes before your arrival on the service hotline mentioned above. The handover of your vehicle and the key take place in the parking lot. Please note that acceptance may take a little longer depending on the time of year and the customer. Therefore, plan enough time at the park area. After you have been met by an employee you will then be driven to the airport.
Return journey
Please call the service hotline after landing and again after receiving your luggage. Please note here too that there may be waiting times depending on the season and the customer. On average the waiting time is 15-30 minutes. The driver will then take you back to your vehicle so that you can quickly continue your journey home.
Valet Arrival
Please call the provider 30 minutes before your arrival to confirm your arrival time. Then drive to the airport. After a brief inspection of your vehicle, the employee will take your vehicle to the parking area. Please record the mileage of your vehicle! Return journey
When you return, please inform the parking provider as soon as you are at baggage claim so that the parking provider can organize your transfer to the vehicle. Your vehicle will then be driven to the departure terminal Terminal 1 B6 or Terminal 2 E8 within a few minutes and handed over to you personally.
