The friendly and helpful staff is at your disposal day and night for shuttle and valet services. The acceptance point for the cars is only 2 minutes away from Düsseldorf Airport.

Please note the following information:

Delays or holiday extensions must be reported immediately in writing by email and by telephone to the parking provider.

If you return late, the surcharge can be paid to the parking provider in cash on site.

The parking provider charges a surcharge for vehicles that exceed a width of 2.20 metres and a length of 4.50 metres (this also includes Sprinters, vans, pick-ups and similar).

Your car will be driven a maximum of 24 kilometers.

For incorrect information such as incorrect arrival date, incorrect or missing flight details, or rebookings that are not announced, which lead to double transfers or an extension of the parking time, a surcharge of 10 euros per day or part thereof will be charged. The parking provider charges a surcharge for turning around items or similar items left in your or our car.

Diesmal sehr! unzufrieden. Das Büro hat meine Valet-Buchung mit Shuttle verwechselt und so musste ich nach 30 Minuten Wartezeit nochmals anrufen. Der Fahrer kam dann nach 5 Minuten. Das war sehr ärgerlich! Ich überlege mir deshalb, nächstes Mal eine andere Lösung zu finden

Das Valet-Parken hat ohne Probleme funktioniert und kann weiterempfohlen werden. Jedoch wurden mir (skurrilerweise) zwei Parkscheiben, die ich im Auto hatte gestohlen. Passt auf, was ihr im Auto liegen lasst.
