- Additional Costs:
- A surcharge is applied starting from the fourth person.
- Vehicles longer than 5 meters (e.g., minivans, vans) are charged double the price.
- A daily surcharge of €20 is applied if you return later than planned.
- An administration fee of €50 is charged for an unannounced early pick-up.
- Vehicle-Specifics:
- Your vehicle will be parked on a secure, guarded lot up to 15 km away.
- For electric vehicles, especially Tesla, you must hand over the key to the parking provider for charging. You do not need to bring your own charger.
- Child seats can be booked free of charge.
- The parking provider is not liable for valuables left in the car.
- Important Communication:
- For changes on weekends or 24 hours before your trip, you should contact the provider by phone.
- Early returns must be announced 24 hours in advance via email at info@airportparkservices.de.
Shuttle Parking Process
Arrival:
- Drive to the Airport Parkservice Express lot. The lot may also have the "Parken Flughafen DUS" logo.
- Park your car in front of the office and check in there.
- You hand over your key and are then driven to the airport. The shuttle bus (usually white or grey) has the "Airport Parkservice Express" and "Parkenflughafendus.de" logos.
Return Journey:
- Upon your return, contact Airport Parkservice Express by phone as soon as you have collected your luggage. Also, report any flight delays.
- The driver will then be waiting for you with the shuttle bus at Departure Level B10.
Voucher and Invoice
- You can download your reservation voucher in your Parkos account.
- For an invoice, please ask the parking provider directly on the day of your return.
Airport Parkservice Express is a large parking provider, close to the Düsseldorf airport. You can choose between several options: shuttle- or valet-parking, and inside or outside parking. As Airport Parkservice Express is open 24/7l, you can park your car there 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The parking lot is only on 3 minutes driving distance to the airport.

Alles hat großartig geklappt!. Keine Wartezeit nach der Ankunft und ein sehr netter Fahrer
Wir kamen außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten an. Ein Anruf genügte und ein sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter kam innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit einem Bulli und geleitete uns zum Parkbereich. Papierkram schnell erledigt und wir wurden dann sofort zum Abflugterminal gebracht. Genauso Problemlos beim Rückflug
Preis und Service sind absolut top! Alles hat perfekt geklappt, gerne wieder!
Perfekt organisiert, kurze Wartezeit
Mit der Buchung war die Schlüsselabgabe sehr schnell. Der Shuttlebus war gerade angekommen und hat mich innerhalb von wenigen (ca. 3 Minuten) Minuten. Nach der Landung habe ich angerufen und der Shuttlebus war auch schnell wieder am Terminal. Das Auto stand schon bereit neben der Rezeption. Der Schlüssel habe ich auch sehr schnell bekommen. Ich habe das Auto noch kurz untersucht und habe keine Macke gefunden. Alles perfekt! Danke
