With their 1200 parking places, you can park your car at Airport Parkservice Express anytime. This parking provider has several parking lots and a parking garage. From the Kieshecker Weg, the cars will be divided over several parking lots and garages. Please keep in mind that there is a height limit of 2.20m for the parking garage. Both the shuttle- and valet-service are available day and night.
Shuttle service
You will hand-over your car at the main location of Airport Parkservice Express, from which the shuttle-bus will take you to the Düsseldorf airport. You will leave the key at Airport Parkservice Express, as your car will be parked for you on one of the parking lots. Upon your return, the shuttle-bus will pick you up from the airport, and safely drive you back to the Kieshecker Weg.
Valet service
A driver will be waiting for you at the airport terminal, to drive your car to one of the parking lots of Airport Parkservice Express. Upon your return, a driver will drive your car back to the airport, so you can start your drive back home right-away.
Please be aware that this parking lot and airport are located in an environmentally protected area, and that a 'Umweltplakette' is required.
The parking lots are all well-lit, and there are employees at the spot day and night, to guard the cars. The parking garage is equipped with camera surveillance and an alarm system, to make sure your car is safe.
Your car key will be kept in a safe during your absence. Your car is insured for the entire time you park according to the terms and conditions of Airport Parkservice Express.

Please note the following information:
3 persons are included in the booking price. If there are more than 3 people, there is an extra charge of €5 for each additional person.
Child seats can be added free of charge.
For oversized cars, e.g. pickups, sprinters or vans, the parking provider charges a double price, as such vehicles occupy two parking spaces.
If you want to return the day before, we kindly ask you to call the parking provider 24 hours before arrival. Otherwise this is not possible due to organisational reasons.
If you have any questions regarding changes to your reservation at the weekend or 24 hours before the start of your journey, we recommend that you contact the parking provider by telephone.
For electric vehicles (especially Tesla cars), the key must be handed in to the parking provider in order to charge the vehicles. You do not need to bring your charger with you.
Due to the current Corona situation, we are unfortunately unable to assist you with loading and unloading your vehicle.
Please note that Airport Parkservice will drive your vehicle a maximum of 13 km (round trip 26 km) to the parking area, where it will be parked safely and guarded during your absence.
Airport Parkservice provides you with a waiting room, where you can take a minute to relax before your journey begins.
Airport Parkservice is opened from 03:00 until 01:00.

How does shuttle-parking work?
Arrival
Airport Parkservice Express can be found under the following address: Kieshecker Weg 120, Düsseldorf. The parking lot can be reached at the exit 31 Flughafen-Düsseldorf on the A44. Our
Routenplaner can make it easier for you to find the parking lot. The parking lot is only 1.5 km away from the Düsseldorf airport.
Upon arriving to the parking lot, please park your car in front of the office, to check-in. After you have received your parking ticket, the shuttle-bus is ready for you to take you to the airport. The white or grey shuttle bus can be recognized by the logo of Airport Parkservice Express in combination with “parkenflughafendus.de” on the side. The transfer to the airport takes approximately three minutes.
Return
After you have landed and claimed your luggage, please contact the Service-Hotline of Airport Parkservice Express. Please walk to Departures B10, where the shuttle-bus will be picking you up.
In case you have to shorten or lengthen your trip, please contact Airport Parkservice Express directly. If extra costs result from a longer trip, you can pay these costs at the spot.
How does valet parking work?
Arrival
If you choose for the valet service, please drive directly to the airport terminal on the day of your departure. Please call the Hotline 30 minutes before your arrival to the terminal. Once you arrive at the airport, a driver will be waiting for you to take your car to the parking lot.
The driver will be able to recognize your car by the car model and plate numbers you described in your reservation. Handing over your car will only take five minutes, and the driver will not drive more than five km with your car.
Return
Upon your return, please contact Airport Parkservice Express as soon as you are waiting to claim your luggage. A driver will safely drive your car back to the airport, and wait for you at Departures.
