  • The parking provider is not liable for valuables left in the car.

  • For changes on weekends or 24 hours before your trip, you should contact the provider by phone.

Shuttle Parking Process

Arrival:

1. Drive to the Airport Parkservice Express lot. The lot may also have the "Parken Flughafen DUS" logo.
2. Park your car in front of the office and check in there.
3. You hand over your key and are then driven to the airport. The shuttle bus (usually white or grey) has the "Airport Parkservice Express" and "Parkenflughafendus.de" logos.

Return Journey:

1. Upon your return, contact Airport Parkservice Express by phone as soon as you have collected your luggage. Also, report any flight delays.
2. The driver will then be waiting for you with the shuttle bus at Departure Level B10.

Voucher and Invoice

• You can download your reservation voucher in your Parkos account.
• For an invoice, please ask the parking provider directly on the day of your return.

How does shuttle parking work?

On the day of your trip, drive to the Airport Parking Service Express parking lot. Don't be confused: Airport Valet Express and Airport Parking DUS are managed by one owner. It is possible that the logo of Parken Flughafen DUS can also be seen there. You park your car in front of the office and register there. The shuttle bus waits for you in front of the parking area and is usually white or gray and can be recognized by the logo of “Airport Parkservice Express” and “Parkenflughafendus.de”. You hand in your key and are then driven to the airport

On your return journey, contact Airport Parking Service Express by telephone immediately after you have picked up your luggage. The phone number is up here. If your flight is delayed, please notify Airport Parkservice Express directly. The driver with the shuttle bus will then wait for you at departure level B10.
