Important Information for Parking Reservation with Universum Parking

• Additional Costs:
  • For vehicles that exceed the total length of a regular car (4.5m), this must be indicated during the booking. For motorhomes, transporters, and minibuses, an additional parking space is charged at €5.00 per day (started), payable on site.
  • A surcharge applies from the third person onwards.
  • A surcharge for bulky luggage (e.g., golf bags, surfboards, ski equipment) is possible upon request.
  • In case of a delay of more than 30 minutes, a surcharge of €15.00 is to be paid, as your late arrival incurs additional personnel costs.
• Time Planning: You should plan about 30 minutes for parking, vehicle check-in, and the transfer to the airport.
• Important Communication: Delays or extended vacations must be reported immediately to the parking provider in writing via email at info@universum-parking.de and by phone.

Shuttle Parking Process

Arrival:

1. Please call the provider 30 minutes before your arrival to confirm your arrival time.
2. Then, drive to the Universum Parking + Auto Service parking lot.
3. After parking, you will be taken to your terminal at Düsseldorf Airport by shuttle bus.

Return Journey:

1. Upon your return, call the parking provider after you have collected your luggage.
2. The driver will pick you up at the exit of the terminal at Departure Hall B/C and drive you directly to your car in the parking lot.

Voucher and Invoice

• You can download your reservation voucher in your Parkos account.
• If you require an invoice, please ask the parking provider directly on the day of your return.

At Universum Airport Parking + Auto Service you can have your car parked easily and safely. You can drive your car directly to the airport, where a driver will be waiting for you. You can park your car every day both inside and outside.

The parking provider offers you various washing programs for your vehicle.

2 people are included in the booking price. If there are more than 2 people, each additional person will be charged.

The parking provider charges a surcharge for bulky luggage (e.g. golf bag, surfboard, ski equipment.) is possible on request.

You should plan about 30 minutes for parking including vehicle check-in and transfer to the airport.

Parking of oversized vehicles (over 2.20 meters and length of 4.50 meters) is not possible, if in doubt, please contact the parking provider. For larger vehicles, you may have to hand in your key to the parking provider.

In the event of a delay of more than 30 minutes, a surcharge of €15.00 must be paid, as this will incur additional staff costs due to your late arrival.
