Summary of the Parking Reservation with Relaxpark

• Time Planning: Plan for approximately 30 minutes for the parking process, check-in, and transfer to the airport.
• Parking and Vehicle Key: Your vehicle will be parked on a secure, guarded lot, which can be up to 18.5 km away. For larger vehicles, you may be required to hand over your key to the parking provider.
• Passengers and Luggage: Three people are included in the booking price. A surcharge will apply for each additional person as well as for bulky luggage.
• The parking provider charges a surcharge for vehicles that exceed a width of 2.20 metres and a length of 4.50 metres (this also includes Sprinters, vans, pick-ups and similar).
• Delays: A surcharge will be billed for delays of more than 30 minutes. Delays or extended vacations must be reported to the parking provider immediately in writing (info@relaxpark.de) and by phone.

Shuttle Parking Process

Arrival:

1. Drive to the Relaxpark lot and report to the reception.
2. The shuttle bus, identifiable by the "Relaxpark" logo, will be waiting for you in front of the entrance.

Return Journey:

1. Upon your return, call Relaxpark as soon as you have collected your luggage. Please also inform the parking provider of any flight delays.
2. The shuttle bus will pick you up at Departure Hall B-C.

Voucher and Invoice

• You can download your reservation voucher from your Parkos account.
• For an invoice, please ask the parking provider directly on the day of your return.

Relaxpark is offering indoor and outdoor parking spaces where you can safely park your vehicle. Their friendly staff is present day and night so that you can enjoy their valet or shuttle service at any time. Their conveniently located parking lot is just 2 minutes from the airport.

Important information

Please note that Airport Parking Service will drive your vehicle a maximum of 18.5 km (37 km there and back) to the parking area, where it will be parked safely and under guard during your absence.

You should allow around 30 minutes for parking, including vehicle check-in and transfer to the airport.

For larger vehicles, you may have to hand over your key to the parking provider.

3 people are included in the booking price. For more than 3 people, an additional charge will be made for each additional person. If you did not use the options for this in the booking window, you must pay the difference on site.

If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will have to pay a surcharge, as your late arrival will result in additional personnel costs.
